A couple weeks back I made an important trip across the country from Portland, OR to Harvest, Alabama and back. The trip there was flawless. Unfortunately, the trip back right around Big Spring, Wyoming I had a tire blow, then my spare! A Sunday, with no tire shop open for miles for a little Honda civic, what luck! A tow truck to the nearest tire fix found me 90+ miles to a Walmart in smalltown Sterling, Colorado. Again, bad luck crept in and three of my lug nuts were over tightened probably due to me quickly putting them on while on a one lane road with big rigs flyin' inches by. I had to snap the lug nuts off and drive slowly with just two attached to this Autozone in the same parking lot. A gentleman named Dakota, and a lovely lady named Rebecca helped me figure out what needed to be done so I could be on my way back home. Platinum customer service is a rarity these days, and these two went above and beyond to help a stranger out. I'll never forget how kind and helpful you both were. So for the readers, if you ever find yourself stuck with some car trouble in Sterling, just know that you have a determined team to help you get out of the funk. Thank you!
