  I received excellent service and courtesy at the Enterprise office at John Wayne International Airport. Of particular note was the agent, Brady, who got me a car for a great price, even though I did not have a reservation and was in a bit of a bind. Upon returning the car, the Enterprise employee checking in cars, Medhat, was equally courteous and helpful. That's a really good team and I appreciate the efforts made on my behalf.

  Great staff, service, and quality truck to replace mine in the shop. Picked me up from the Russell's body shop to rent and offered to drop back to pick up my truck.

  Terrible company. This branch rented me an unsafe vehicle, which put myself and my family's safety at risk. Luckily, we were traveling at a slow speed when the failure (control arm snapped) on the vehicle occurred. After the failure occurred, it was apparent that it was a pre-existing condition given the amount of rust and wear on the component. The amount of rust I observed does not form over the course of a couple of days. The staff (Graden) at this branch were tone deaf to the unsafe situation they exposed myself and family to. This vehicle should never have left the lot. I have tried to reach out numerous times to Enterprise and they have been unresponsive so far. Please do yourself a favor and stay away! --------------- Update (08/07/2023): I followed the instructions in the response to my above review and did hear back from Enterprise on 08/04/2023. Overall, this interaction was a positive experience. I am hopeful that my issues and concerns have been addressed. I am leaving this review at one star due to the interaction that occurred at this branch. If needed, I will update this review further in the future.

  My problem is specifically with the Steamboat Springs location. The employees there are disorganized and don’t appear to take pride in their service. I tried calling their office directly numerous times to change the reservation to one day earlier and could never get through to a person. So after resigning ourselves to the original dates, we went there that day. It took an hour from when we arrived to get into the car we had reserved 2 weeks ahead. While they were getting our car ready another customer came in and had to wait for us to leave in order to get help. The location does not offer parking or pickup, so we had to arrange our own ride there. Considering Enterprise advertises that “we are the service who picks you up” it was frustrating, to say the least.
