I walked into the store with my refill cup, planning to get a fountain drink. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize the fountain machine was out of order until I walked over to it. Since I could no longer get the refill I had intended to purchase, I threw away my cup and headed to the cooler to choose a different drink instead. An employee with long hair noticed the situation without me saying a word. He kindly mentioned that he saw I had originally come in for a refill and, as a courtesy, honored the refill toward the bottled drink I selected from the cooler. It may seem like a small gesture, but it meant a lot to me. In today’s world, it is rare to find people who pay attention to the little details and genuinely care about helping others. His kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help turned what could have been a disappointing moment into a very positive experience. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, but I hope management can recognize him from this description. Employees like him are a true asset to your team. His exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and genuine kindness made me feel valued as a customer. Thank you for hiring people who still believe in taking care of others. They never seem to have fountain drinks available, the cooler is always picked over, there's rarely any hot food ready, and the bathrooms constantly have issues. This location feels poorly managed and consistently understocked. Very disappointing compared to other Maverick stores.
