The only thing is that when they have to order a filter from O'Reilly's they take favor to deliver and not only that they brought the the wrong diesel fuel filter for my hunsband truck. I know it's not Valvoline fault I wish they had a different supplier so that they can not get complaints on them. Great job guys

Was told it would be another 5-10 minutes, only to have them direct us to back up and have the other car beside us go first with no explanation as to why. Big waste of time. - GUGinger UAJul 28, 20261.0There is always a coupon and they know this. Service was fine but you can’t make out what they are saying or asking you. They can’t understand what you are saying. The environment is too loud to ask questions from the computer or hear the answers. I had a $20 coupon and I was not able to use because they did not hear me. Instead of cancelling the transaction and starting over. I paid $20 more for service that is overpriced to begin with. Giving me a card for next time does not settle the wrong done for this time. Hopefully, they will stop trying to work by the computer that is too far from the window. Go to the customers window and make sure you both hear each other. It’s not fair to the customers when you choose not to take the coupon when you did not hear the customer. I do not plan on coming back I overpaid this time on taking $20 off next time does not correct the wrong done.
