  I have done more oil changes and lubes than most people because I'm definitely older than most of you. I always do my oil changes on a schedule of 5,000 miles for the best synthetic oil available. I had my trusty 2012 Toyota Tacoma in this shop and was out in less than 15 minutes. Oil changed, new oil filter, tire pressure checked, and air filter checked. I check my own cabin air filters so I told them to pass on that. Why waste their time. This was my first Valvoline Oil Change. I miss the ubiquitous Quick Lubes we had in Chicagoland as well as tons of similar type shops in Phoenix. Previous to this I used another company in Pueblo that just couldn't restrict itself from trying to upsell me on mainly fronts. I just wanted a lube and oil/filter experience and instead it became a 1 hour wait for a sales pitch.....and they weren't even mechanics. The breath of fresh air I've discovered with Valvoline is awesome. I live near Raton, NM and will continue to drive here rather than use a private mechanics shop that probably wouldn't want just an oil change customer anyway. Strangely, Raton and Trinidad lack quick oil change shops. Why? The young lady who guided my service and the two guys who shared the job knew their business. I like people who know their business, don't you? A bad dentist, a hurried doctor, a carpenter with little or no experience, a waiter or waitress who doesn't really want to be there....No worries here, I could tell the service crew was One-With-Their-Job. I saw that there are several Valvolines in Pueblo and I count myself as fortunate to have picked the right one, for me at least...HA.

  Very expensive even w coupons also the guy was kinda rude kept trying to tell me the wrong times for oil engine mileage trying to make me come back sooner then needed

  Quick, efficient, and friendly. We were in and out within 15-20 minutes and were able to use a coupon.

  The manager waited on me, and he was so personable, professional, and thorough! I was hoping I would have a chance to put in a review somewhere because this guy actually appeared to be pleased to do this work for me.
