This place is horrible. They are completely untrained and lack basic professionalism. They will do anything and everything not to cover the warranty. You will definitely need a warranty with this shop’s technicians. Trust me. Go anywhere else. Make sure you get everything in writing and good luck working with Gaybriel “Gabe” the manager. What a joke! Check out all the 1 star reviews as this will be the experience you will have. The 5 star reviews were bought and paid for!

I called safelite autoglass to get my wind shield replaced on my 2006 mazda 6 they arrived at my house on 09/16/2026 and started the job 2 minutes in the technition had put a wire in to remove the windshield and could not remove it struggled for quite awhile and got it out he replaced it with the new windshield but not before tearing up the interior of my vehicle and breaking all the pins that held on the inside trim when I checked the windshield it was a half inch smaller and a huge gap was on the outside not to mention the trim on the outside was crooked it looked way worse than the cracked windshield I called the pueblo colorado office and got ahold of a person named Chris he stated that the technicians that go south of pueblo colorado aren't trained very well and probably didn't install it right I told him why do you let people work on expensive vehicles when they don't know what they are doing and at that point he started getting smart and saying sometime they break your trim and put a windshield that doesn't fit the same as the old one I told him you should advertise that you tear up a vehicle when you put a windshield in and he hung up on me I will get ahold of their corporate office next be aware of hiring these people especially in pueblo colorado they will destroy your vehicle and tell you o well it was just how we do things also if you had them come to your house for your convenience they will tell you to bring it to their shop I live 45 miles away be aware of doing business with these people they are crooks. I would have Givin them 0 stars if it was possible. It has now been almost 2 weeks and I have still not heard from this company as to weather they are going to put a windshield in my vehicle that fits my vehicle, so I will now have to persue legal action against them they don't even have the decency to call and try to fix this situation do not ever do business with this company they are crooks. Oh nice the owner finally replied after four weeks and his people coming out and looking at it and doing nothing and my vehicle being parked all this time his warranty is worthless and as you can see he does not care about his customers the only reason he replied to this is because he was turned in to the better business bureau and a lawsuit is pending don't do business with these people.

I would give Safelite AutoGlass zero stars if I could. They replaced my windshield in June, and the experience has been nothing but frustrating ever since.
During the windshield replacement, my dashboard was damaged. There was glass left behind throughout my vehicle, and my dashboard was actually slit during the installation. Someone from Safelite later came out, inspected the damage, took pictures, and admitted that Safelite was at fault.
Since then, I have been dealing with the local manager, Gabriel, who is fully aware of the situation. I have left multiple messages with little to no response. I also spoke with Chris, who told me he would get someone to call me back, but that has yet to happen. This has now been going on for months.
I have also contacted corporate and left messages there, and I am still waiting for a return call.
It is extremely disappointing that Safelite can acknowledge the damage they caused but then fail to follow through and resolve the issue. The lack of communication and customer service has been unacceptable.
Do yourselves a favor and stay local. I would not recommend Safelite AutoGlass to anyone looking to have their windshield replaced. Save yourself the headache and choose a company that stands behind its work and takes responsibility when something goes wrong.
