Till tonight I asked the clerk and she was able to help me and she got my salad for 1/2 off so as long as I can redeem my rewards with the clerk,( after all these years and hours of attempts on the app) I really do think they deserve 5 stars. It was frustrating getting emails saying my points were expiring soon but not knowing how to redeem them. The app is not user friendly... who has time for all that? Gas points are a must these days. Thank you
