  The staff were fantastic. As a woman and a senior, I find it extremely difficult to deal with automobile services. Grease Monkey has always treated me with kindness and respect and I trust that they are doing what is best with regard to my 2005 Honda Odyssey.

  Look no further, you found a shop who actually cares about you and your vehicle! I have two vehicles and they seemed to trade off needing work done. So, I spent a pretty penny getting everything fixed, but if I went anywhere else, I would have paid more. Everyone there treated me like I was family and they are very thorough! Highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced here! They even replaced my windshield washer nozzles as a courtesy simply because they saw it was broken. Thank you!

  Had oil changed yesterday on my 2021 Alfa Romeo said they put correct oil, then drove down to my mother funeral today and vehicle started to run rough, check engine light and misfiring. Took it to shop and found out a valve was stuck open, due to them using the wrong oil, had to pay $81.99 for another oil change and after new filter and correct oil vehicle was running normal. I will not use this company anymore and suggest who reads this really consider using grease monkey in the future. When you spend $over 140.00 for an oil change I expected optimal service and quality work, they just almost costed me thousands of dollars in repairs, when they decided to use the wrong oil.

  I appreciate 29th St Grease Monkey because of their honesty. Like many other customers, I don’t go to Grease Monkey because I don’t know how to change oil, lube joints, fill fluids, fill tires, etc. I go to Grease Monkey because I don’t want to do all of that. So when the Grease Monkey technician comes out carrying the engine air filter and the cabin air filter and asks me if I’d like to replace them I always ask, “What do you recommend?” When he told me that the engine filter should be fine as you can see plenty of light through it, and the cabin filter, that is starting to show dirt, would actually get by until the next appointment, his honesty bumped this Grease Monkey location up a bunch of notches. Years ago I had a vehicle that had been in an accident with heavy front end damage. After working off and on for months to repair it with new parts, including a brand engine parts and a new air filter, I took it to Pueblo West Grease Monkey to get everything refilled, lubed, and oil changed. The technician walked out carrying the filters to see if I wanted to change them. When I asked him what he thought I should do, he responded that if he were me, he would definitely replace them both. I didn’t go back for several years. I later took in a truck that I loved and asked them to flush the fluid and change the filter on the transmission. Three days later the transmission failed. When I began investigating I found that they had accidentally, I hope, put red radiator fluid instead of transmission fluid into the transmission which resulted in the failure. When I dropped the pan, I found the plastic plug in the bottom that is knocked out when the transmission fill tube is connected at the factory. Had they changed the filter that would have been thrown out in the process. The fact that it was still there showed me all they did was drain the old fluid and refilled with radiator fluid. I will never go to Pueblo West Grease Monkey again, but 29th St Grease Monkey is five stars!

  These guys are top notch. I had them check several things during an oil change and most were due for service. What impressed me was that they said my brake pads look great and didn't need to be changed. As an older single lady, I think a lot of mechanics would've just changed them and charged me and I would never know the difference, but I really appreciate their integrity! They finished quickly and were very polite. You don't get this kind of service most places nowadays.
