  If there were a 0-star option, that’s EXACTLY what I would give. This was my second reservation, and once again, I was left waiting patiently while several people who arrived after me were helped first. At that point, I honestly began to question whether I was being treated differently because I am a Black woman. If I arrived before others and they are being served ahead of me despite waiting less time, that feels extremely unfair and concerning. The customer service has been horrible, the wait times are longer than anything I’ve experienced, and there seem to be very few workers available to assist customers. I rented with this company for an entire year, and unfortunately, I experienced the same issues repeatedly. This is extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this service based on my experiences.

  One of the worst enterprises ever to exist took me one hour just to return the car the one star which I am giving is for the manager he is only real hardworking person in the location he should probably get a very very good raise like he should get the salaries of the other employees as well because the employees are doing their absolute best to pass the time hide not take customers and where as the manager is doing the work of 3-4 people I wish the enterprise management read this review and provide a proper support to the manager.

  I thought I left my motorcycle tag in the rental truck that I rented from Enterprise from GA to CO. I did find my tag in one of my bags and I emailed Joseph at this location who was a great help on trying to help me find something that I already had. It was my fault. I have been using Enterprise car rental for over 4 years with year long rentals and I have never had any issues with this company. I highly recommend Enterprise car rental for everyone!!!, Thanks again for all the help, Joseph!!👍
