  Everyone was very helpful and efficient. They even went above and beyond by taking the time to show me the idiosyncrasies of the car that I rented. I would definitely rent from these folks again!

  Thank you to all the staff at Pueblo Enterprise. My experience with them was fantastic and very reassuring. When there was a issue with my insurance claim they took the initiative and time to ensure I was satisfied at the end of our business. I will defiantly be coming back!

  Finally got the insurance together me a rental after getting hit on the north side. I made sure to n get a vehicle that compared similarly to mine and the guy hooked it up nicely as he knew what my end goal was which was going after my loss of use claim which is based ok n the car they rent you cost per day. He gave ms a 2024 GMC Terrain. Its fully loaded SLT leather seats heated. Its nice there is a dent I fiund after I left that im very much so hoping either its on their record somewhere if not hopefully they miss it because 100 percent sure it was there when I pulled out of their lot. Keep in mind if you were in an accident and even if you weren't at fault and didnt have insurance you're going to have to pay theor insurance fee which is a little over 200 a week and thats paid up front plus if its thru insurance a 50 dollar deposit. If its not thru insuranceanywhere from 200 up to 500 and if you're wanting something fancy you will be required to have your active policy as well as their insurance add on. It is good coverage though If I remember right its not just the state minimum coverage its something like 300000 dollars which is substantially more than the whacked out 25000 dollar state minimum. Wish I would've been hit by someone who had c ok verage like that instead of the bare liability insurance.

  The Jetta that I got hardly had any fuel when I got the car. Had to refuel it just to get back home in Walsenburg. After 3 days of having it it started messing up with the oil sensors. Took it back in and they reset the oil thing. Went to visit family. Got back in the car and it happened again. Was told to take it to firestone. I might as well start working at enterprise for having to take it to get checked when it was a RENTAL. They needed to take it back for diagnostics. Ended up getting another vehicle which was a mini van and had to refuel that up after I just refuel the car I had! Also the van inside smelt bad and the front windshield wasnt even cleaned properly. Had to re clean the windshields and air out the van. Sent that van back cleaner than what I recieved it in. I had to do more for them ontop of trying/waiting for my own vehicle to finish being fixed. Was a horrible and stressful first experience with this company.

  After reserving a car at Pueblo West and, for whatever good reason that fell through, this place went above and beyond to help us get a rental and get it quickly. I was so grateful for such great service and accommodations. I even got the kind of car I car I tried to reserve at Pueblo West.
