  Requested and paid for a full sized, 4 door sedan. When I arrived I was told they had no cars and were currently cleaning one for me. It ended up being a cheaply made compact SUV which was a nightmare of wind and road noise with lack of space for a 10 hr plus drive each direction. I called customer service and was told Id get a call back from a supervisor and ever heard another word. The car drove and sounded like a compaxt car and we barely had enough room for the 3 of us. Its clear the website and the locations do not talk. They also doubled the charge and called it a "deposit" and to this day, ive not recieved my money back. We wont use Enterprise in Pueblo, CO again.

  Enterprise did it again…the most amazing experience!!! I have always used enterprise and will continue to do so everytime!! Customer service is top notch and vehicles always clean. Just the cherry on the sundae for my excellent experience getting my car fixed. Thank you Enterprise!!

  The check out process was ok until I when to check the vehicle back in and got racked over the coals with a fine toothed comb. The check out staff did not use the sun shade with the li es when checking the vehicle.out and did not log issues down that where pointed out to them. The check in staff was very argumentative and not very personal either. I the end result is I will never rent another car from Enterprise ever again.
