Charlie was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all my questions about the oil needs for my Honda Accord LX. He gave me honest and appropriate advice and made sure I understood what my car needed. What really stood out to me was Charlie’s genuine willingness to help me, even though it was already late on Friday and the holiday weekend was about to start. He still took the time to listen to my concerns and provide helpful guidance. Mike was also very kind and generous with his time. I truly appreciated how welcoming and helpful both of them were. As someone visiting from out of state, this kind of genuine customer service really means a lot. Thank you, Charlie and Mike, for going out of your way to help me. I highly recommend Brake Plus!
