The service was good, even though they were short staffed. Lil Chris explained all my options for the repairs to my car. I no longer hear squealing when I brake, so all is good in my book.

They will be renaming their shop Upsell City. The young tech told me I needed all new calipers and fluid flush.
Inside pad usually wears out faster and it's normal to have up to 2 mm left on the outside pad. Google it if you don't believe me.
They seem to be knowledgeable enough but you better do your research before hand because they will sell you as much service as they can whether you need it or not.
And then charged me for doing both front and back when they only did the back. At least they are quick.

These “mechanics” put my oil pan drain plug in so tight it’s a miracle they didn’t strip out my oil pan. I lost an hour on an oil change just getting the drain plug out. Next time I don’t feel like changing the oil on one of my cars I’ll have my three year old do it, because it’s unlikely he could do worse than them. I hope your team doesn’t owe too much to the snap on truck because they’ll be looking for a new vocation soon. I’d rather try my luck with some Chuck in a truck working the Oreily’s parking lot than let this place touch any of my cars again. I bet the manager uses YouTube diy car repair videos to train his guys and they all got their certifications at an online school based out of India. One of these guys needs to borrow $20 for a decent ratchet and stop putting the drain plugs in with his mom’s husky brand impact wrench. I’ll be down at 8 am to see what you have to say about this sloppy service and figure out if we can collectively identify the novice that did this and have him watch a different YouTube video than the one he’s currently been basing his repairs off of.

Brought my 2013 Passat in for an alignment after replacing the front lower control arms and ball joints. The car was pulling left before the alignment and is still pulling left after two visits.
I understand caster is not adjustable on this vehicle, but what I don’t appreciate is being charged full price for an alignment that did not resolve the issue and then being told afterward that additional camber correction work was needed. That was never discussed or quoted before the alignment was performed.
The technicians have my respect and did the work they were asked to do. My frustration is with the service desk experience. Both service advisors came across as dismissive when I tried to explain the ongoing steering and handling concerns.
After two visits, the car still pulls left, and the proposed next step was additional charges. Thankfully, Pueblo has several excellent independent shops that communicate expectations upfront and stand behind their work. Based on my experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere next time.
