  The technician did not read the oem info on my truck and suggested not needed or unable to service items( cabin filter, fuel service) rear light was replaced last service and was out again but they did not replace. I usually get decent competent service but it has declined over the last 6 months. Please follow up with the manager of this location.

  Took my girlfriends infiniti in for an oil change. 15 minutes after the weather guard blew off the car on the highway. Took it back they didnt have the clips and zip tied it back on a week later it blew off on the high way again. Better off taking you car where they have the right pieces to make your car not sound like it blows up on the highway.

  The team did a great job. I pulled into the bay. Immediately was taken care of in about 15 minutes. The staff was extremely friendly and informative and entered my questions knowledgeably. I will come back.

  The crew here today absolutely crushed it! Jordan led me into the bay with a smile on her face, got me checked out, and then Eddie and Natasha broke a sweat changing out my cabin air filter which is not in an easy spot. Meanwhile, Jordan continued running around and providing excellent service to their clients. Highly recommend this team!

  I want to love this Valvoline Instant Oil Change but they make it hard. For backstory, I used to drive 45 minutes all the way up to the one in Westminster when it was the only one in the Denver metro area because they had great service. I was excited when they opened this location 5 minutes from my house but I digress. Yesterday my wife took her vehicle to this location and she said the employees were talking crap to each other like customers couldn't hear. The lady that was presumably in charge kept saying she wanted to get out of there and was complaining. None of it sounded professional in my opinion. None the less the oil change got completed. Fast forward to this morning and my wife said the car sounded odd when accelerating. She wondered if it had to do with the oil change and I couldn't possibly think of why that would cause the noise. When we got home I popped the hood to swap out the engine air filter and this is when I got mad... They completely pulled off the filter cover (it has hinges and stays attached) and dropped it down into the bottom of the engine compartment. I spent 10 minutes with a flashlight looking for it. They also didn't flip the locking tabs on the gilter when they put it back in, so the filter was just wobbling around loose, exposed to the engine compartment. I'm hoping we didn't drive enough today to get any dirt or debris in the engine to cause permanent damage. Not happy with the lack of attention to detail, especially for 5 seconds of work to make sure it was put back right along with dropping the cover in the engine compartment and not saying a word, or retrieving it. If you're on the fence about this place, just find another oil change location or company. Save yourself the time and hassle. This isn't the only time I've had issues with them.
