  The staff of this Safelite is very pleasant but I am not 100% satisfied with with the service or windshield installation. I have two main issues the first was I was quoted a two hour installation time. When I returned to the shop after an hour an a half the windshield installation had not been started. That resulted in me spending an extra hour and a half waiting at the shop. My second issue is that I specifically asked that no debris from the removal of the old windshield be left in the bottom mounting face new my vehicle's VIN window. Of course there was vehicle paint and old sealer left in the track partially covering the VIN barcode. I pointed the debris out to the technician that installed the new windshield and his response was an excuse how difficult it is to remove the debris. From my perspective when the windshield is removed the whole mounting surface is exposed and accessible making any debris removal easy. A detail oriented technician should include old sealer and paint debris removal as part of their installation routine. For those reasons I cannot rate this Safelite shop higher than a three

  I always have great experiences using Safelite. My windshield was broken visiting family this last weekend, and I was able to get a replacement scheduled for the following week. The tech, Andrew, called me before he arrived and was here during the scheduled time window. The service was quick and efficient, and he even installed my new windshield wiper blades that I had bought a few months back and never got around to installing. I scheduled online, and it was surprisingly easy as I even went through insurance. Highly recommend.

  I am writing to share my positive experience with the service I received today. The technician, whom I believe was named Jeremiah, was incredibly professional and efficient. He walked me through the entire process, answered all my questions, and left my vehicle clean and well-maintained. I am very pleased with the service and wanted to ensure his hard work is acknowledged

  I make an appointment for someone to replace the windshield. The person shows up and said this was scheduled as a repair, I don't have a windshield. I asked who the person was to make the appointment and they told me they didn't have that information. So I called Safelite and asked to speak to a supervisor who then says he will look into things for me and tell me why it was a repair and not put as replacement. I just got a call five minutes ago and it's some woman saying we are ready to schedule your replacement and they're going to charge me my deductible. I asked her if she had spoke to the supervisor to figure out the situation. She asked who it was and I said I am not sure but I'm sure you guys can figure that out. Then she hung up on me. Talk about horrible customer service Safelite used to be amazing but I feel their Customer Service over the past couple years has gone from the best to pretty much the worst. I cannot think of a worse experience. Update 8/26. I reached out as Safelite requested and they said they would look into the situation and I never heard back from them. As I said they used to be fantastic but their customer service as of recent has really gone downhill.
