  Couldnt be worse! Installed a windshield in our car only to find out that the electronic sensors wont work with a Non OEM windshield. They had the car for 5 days! Finally got a new windshield, the tech confided in me that the manager should know that OEM only works on that specific model.... I brought in the second car, because clearly i am no smart, only to have the rearview mirror fall off, its dangling by wires, which need to be connected for the lights and other electronics to work... Customer service, quoted me a 5 day wait. What the heck? Safelite means CRAP in latin. BEWARE, DO NOT GO HERE

  Very easy to setup appointment on phone or online. The time available was very convenient at least in my area. Insurance claim is done by them. They offer mobile service to your home, unfortunately not in my area.

  Safelite in Parker was excellent! A big window chip repaired expertly with excellent communication and first class service. I highly recommend them.

  This was a horrible experience getting my windshield replaced. It was an insurance claim so I did not have to pay Safelite directly so I have a feeling this had something to do with the horrible service I received. I made an appointment for 9am and dropped my car off on time. The man who took my keys at check in asked if I would be waiting and I said no. I then asked him how long it would take and he said about 2 hours. My ride picked me up and I went home. At 12:25 I received a text that my car service just started. I called and they said my car would be ready for pick up by 4:30 pm. Had I waited in the lobby I’m assuming my car appointment would have been kept because I couldn’t believe they would have me wait in their lobby for 7 hours. When I picked my car up, the interior was FILTHY and my mirror casing was gouged and scratched. It was nearly the time of closing and my father was in the ER at the time so I didn’t have the time or energy to go back in and complain. I did send Safelite and my insurance an email with all of this. Needless to say, I would not recommend this location for a windshield repair/replacement. The customer service and care of my vehicle was less than satisfactory.

  The staff of this Safelite is very pleasant but I am not 100% satisfied with with the service or windshield installation. I have two main issues the first was I was quoted a two hour installation time. When I returned to the shop after an hour an a half the windshield installation had not been started. That resulted in me spending an extra hour and a half waiting at the shop. My second issue is that I specifically asked that no debris from the removal of the old windshield be left in the bottom mounting face new my vehicle's VIN window. Of course there was vehicle paint and old sealer left in the track partially covering the VIN barcode. I pointed the debris out to the technician that installed the new windshield and his response was an excuse how difficult it is to remove the debris. From my perspective when the windshield is removed the whole mounting surface is exposed and accessible making any debris removal easy. A detail oriented technician should include old sealer and paint debris removal as part of their installation routine. For those reasons I cannot rate this Safelite shop higher than a three
