  Such a great experience! I was concerned when I started identifying issues with my electric system, that I would be taken advantage of or overcharged for diagnostics due to all the unknown loose wires in my new-to -me vehicle... I researched the issues enough to know I needed a professional! They treated me with respect and honest interest in providing me top notch service! They identified the issues quickly and provided me with clear and concise information on costs and avenues to eliminate my issues. I highly recommend Greenwood Automotive Repair and Tire!

  I had a great experience with Greenwood Automotive Repair. I took the results from another automotive repair shop that diagnosed my vehicle. The other shop created a laundry list of repairs totaling over $7200. Greenwood Automotive Repair did a full repair estimate and determined only the breaks needed attention - a full $6000 less than the other shop. They will continue to get my business. I found them to be a very honest family owned business.

  I’ve been bringing my car to this shop for years, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. John is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and always takes the time to explain what’s going on with my vehicle in a way that’s easy to understand. Whenever I have a question or concern, he’s patient, helpful, and genuinely wants to make sure I’m taken care of. It’s hard to find a mechanic shop you can trust, but they have earned my confidence time and time again. I highly recommend his shop to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and friendly automotive service.

  Best service department around. Johnny is the best great communication and explanation on the repair of our Range Rover you can tell he cares about his customers. And he ended up saving me over $500 from my previous shop's estimate! We will be bringing all of our cars to Greenwood Automotive Repair.

  I would give 0 stars if I could. Brought in for a simple 4 alignment. The alignment wasn’t even close to being acceptable. Then they said I put 4 wheel drive components on my vehicle. The suspension parts are the same between 2 and 4 wheel drive cars. They then wanted to charge $160 for diagnostic time after I brought them the car. They just didn’t want to do the work because I replaced the suspension components myself. I brought it to a different shop and the new shop was able to get it into alignment. The new shop was less expensive also. All to say greenwood automotive should be ashamed. If you pay for a 4 wheel alignment that is what you should get. If you aren’t going to do the work correctly you shouldn’t do the work at all.
