  Sean and Jonny thoroughly have impressed me. Took the car in for a mistake I made with an AC recharge can, and they explained everything they would need to do to check the system to make sure it was ok. After doing the work they did, they took the time out of their day to explain that when doing any fluid check for the vehicle, they have test strips to for sure tell you if you need to replace them. The transparency from this auto shop was out of this world and prices were great. I will be going back as a customer.

  If I could give 7 stars I would. I have a 2018 Chevy 1500 with the 6.2 V8. I recently bought it this year and it's been alright. Driving it one day I had a misfire in cylinder one so I personally replaced the spark plug and ignition coil but it didn't go away and then I knew it was something internal. Drove it to Greenwood and Sean grabbed one of the techs who even knew what the check engine code was on hand. After going through the options the most logical option was to replace the entire engine. I was expecting it to take a couple of weeks or so because they are busy. One week later I'm picking it up. I had then do some extra work while they had the engine out and they did that no problem. I am truly grateful for all the hard work that Sean and everyone who had a hand in working on my truck. After Greg from Greg's Auto Repair retired and Frank sold Advantage Auto Repair, I was cautious about having anyone else work on my truck. I can honestly say that the amazing people at Greenwood Automotive are providing a level of service that is unmatched in this community and what I believe that this community has been missing for a while, and that is a trustworthy shop. If i can't fix it my self I'm taking it to Greenwood.

  Very direct and pleasant to speak with. I worked 10 days in a row and they took great care of my truck, keeping it locked up until I could pick it up. Had a complete AC failure (compressor and condenser) and they had it fixed in hours. Professional customer service and mechanic work. Highly recommend.

  Looking for a new vehicle and the staff has been incredibly helpful. From providing the vehicle history of a car they serviced that was later for sale to completing a pre-purchase inspection, they have been fabulous. Estrey, Johnny, and Sean, and Perry are wonderful. They squeezed me in and completed a thorough inspection (while I worked from their lobby), provided honest feedback, and recommendations. Regardless of which used vehicle we purchase... safe to say I've found our new trusted shop for vehicle repairs.
