  German was wonderful with his input and coaching on what is needed to maintain my aging Subaru. The technician (even though I don't know is name) was very thorough. My car even runs better!

  Good service. Friendly staff. Only 2 guys working but they got thru cars pretty quickly considering. Didn’t try to upsell me anything.

  Had a terrible experience, when I stopped by last Tuesday to get my oil changed. They claimed my Toyota 4Runner oil filter housing had melted due to high heat and the filter couldn't be removed. Instead they were going to have to cut the housing out and replace it with and upgraded metal housing. This made me really suspicous and so I left without getting an oil change. The main reason something can happen to the oil filter housing is if someone over tightens the filter when changing it, and this was the same location I took my 4Runner the last time I needed and oil change. After I left, I took my car to another oil change place and they said nothing about my oil filter housing and changed the oil no problem. I will not be going back to this Grease Monkey ever! And will never recomend them!

  The guys here were great! Shout out to Cory, I showed up 10 min before they opened because I was headed to the mountains to celebrate me being a father on the one day a year we do such things. I was prepared to wait like Costco staff makes you in the blistering sun until open time. To my astonishment they opened the garage early for me! I 95% of the time change my own oil and told Cory and his coworker I have had bad experiences. From shredding the oil plug to not bolting the undercarriage cover and it blasting off on the highway. They were understanding, not pushy on the options and got me out of there in about 15 minutes to hit the mountains with my fam bam! Thanks gents, great job. I’d say I’ll be coming back, but …

  I have been coming to this location for years and have always had a great experience... today though, the experience was better than any other. I had the pleasure of being greeted by a young woman, Miss Moth. This woman not only explained in deep detail, everything that was recommended for me to look into and get taken care of. She was extremely knowledgable, so patient and I can not thank her and the entire team enough! 10 stars if I could!
