- TATattooed Alex2 days ago3.0My experience was fine. No issues. Prices are completely out of control. I’ll buy some ramps and start doing it myself. Oil change and tire rotation at $180 is ridiculous.
- SMSusan Miller3 days ago3.0I went there to get my tires rotated. not one person smiled at me and I asked if they could put air in my tires because one tire was low on air and they said they would and they never did.
- GBGeorge Blake4 days ago1.0Bad experience. I felt like this is not US. No customer service at all. They left an oil all over my seats, doors and wheel.
- ABAIMEE BESANTSep 27, 20262.0I wasn’t given options for the oil change When I dropped it off, he just asked what I needed and I said a basic oil change, please.I told him I asked how much the windshield wipers were and they he said $20-$25 for a set when I went to pick up my oil change was $114.00for synthetic oil that they said was the only oil they could use on my vehicle and the windshield wipers were $30 per wiper, totaling $188 for an oil change and wipers. I went to pick the car up nobody was in the lobby. I stood in there for about 10 minutes went to the bathroom, came back out and Maddie who helped was not that friendly, didn’t say anything about nobody being at the desk and sorry for the wait and didn’t want to answer really any questions about the cost and just said sorry that’s what we charge. Very unprofessional terrible customer service and she probably let people know that your vehicle is only going to take synthetic oil and that’s never been told to me before and I’ve never paid $30 per windshield wiper asking for basic wipers.
