  Great customer service, short staffed so a little slower than usual. They did a thorough job and explained what services I did/did not need. A little pricey.

  I take my car here every few months for an oil change, but this last visit was a disappointing experience. A new employee assisted me, and he seemed unsure whether my car needed an oil change, even though I showed him the date of my last service. He told me to take my car somewhere else. I kept explaining that I always bring my car here, but he responded, “Well, my manager isn’t here, so I don’t know if we can change it for you.” After I insisted, he finally agreed to take care of it. The last time I had an oil change here, I paid $152. This time, he wanted to charge me $182, which was a significant increase. I then asked about the employee who used to work here because he was always friendly, helpful, and fair with his pricing. The new employee told me that he had been fired for that very reason, implying that he was let go because he didn’t overcharge customers. Overall, I found the new employee unprofessional and rude. I have been bringing my car here regularly, and I expect better customer service, clear communication, and fair pricing. This experience has left me very disappointed.

  None of the guys knew how to drive a stick shift the kept stalling my car trying to pull it in the garage. Once i got to check out i asked him if i needed to pull it out and they said yes.. 😮‍💨😒 lol🤦‍♀️ was all a lil ridiculous lol

  Told texh that I wanted a basic oil change this time. They put in synthetic high mileage. So went in for an oil change that was expecting to pay about $60-$70 for an a got charged $140. They also added an engine treatment that I didn't ask for. That was $22. Will never return as they are just a bunch of thieves! Had to pay to get my vehicle back but had to use my grocery money to c9ver what I wasnt ready to n pay

  Wonderful experience at this Grease Monkey. The two young guys were so helpful. They were really nice, happy to explain things to me, and got me in and out super fast despite the many things I asked them to explain! I didn’t feel like I was being pushed into buying things I didn’t need and the price was totally reasonable. This will definitely be my regular place going forward. Strongly recommend.
