We had to get back to work asap, so we needed to fix it fast. In walks Brakes Plus. We swung by and they had it fixed within five minutes and at NO CHARGE. Turns out the light connection was just corroded and needed to be cleaned off. They were super nice as well as helpful. I have to give Brakes Plus in Parker FIVE stars for their kindness and efficiency.
- ATAlbert TapiaSep 17, 20261.0I had an appointment for an alignment and it took them three hours to finish the job. The average time for an alignment should be 30 to 45 minutes, according to information obtained from Google. The amount of time it took for the alignment on my vehicle was totally ridiculous. Then I was told I needed new struts which was priced at $1400 after a $500 discount. Our mechanic had recommended an alignment after doing work on my vehicle. I took the car to Brakes Plus. When I contacted my mechanic about the struts needing repair, he informed me that this work didn't need to be done. He is a experienced auto mechanic for at least three decades. I went with my mechanics recomendation. Needless to say, I don't recommend brakes Plus.
