  I had an outstanding experience at Brakes Plus located at 12340 S Parker Road, thanks to manager Nick Young. Nick was extremely helpful from start to finish and went above and beyond to make sure my rotor issue was properly addressed. He took the time to listen, explain what needed to be done, and make sure everything was handled the right way. Nick’s professionalism, patience, and commitment to customer service really stood out. He made what could have been a frustrating situation feel easy and stress-free. I truly appreciated his help with everything and the care he showed in making sure the problem was solved. I highly recommend this Brakes Plus location and especially want to recognize Nick Young for providing excellent service. I will definitely return for future automotive needs and will recommend this store to others.

  These guys have outstanding service. Straightforward pricing and treat you extremely well. I had a brake light that had been giving me trouble for months and they only charged me the diagnostic fee to get it all fixed up. Highly recommend Travis and team!

  I had just picked up my Subaru from the Parker shop and went straight to the grocery store about 5 miles away, the battery went completely dead stranding me at the store. No cables, no one I could get ahold of, I called the Brakes Plus shop and told them the situation . Travis from the shop drove his own vehicle to give me a jump. I drove back to the shop and they immediately replaced my dead battery with one of their higher quality batteries. Thanks Travis for saving the day! Customer for life!

  I cannot say enough good things about Brake Plus! On a Saturday afternoon, I found myself in a tough spot with a stripped lug nut. After being turned away by two other shops, I walked into Brake Plus just ten minutes before closing, expecting the worst. Instead, the manager and Andrew, the technician, welcomed me without hesitation. Andrew went above and beyond to remove the stripped nut and even installed a new one for me—completely free of charge. They truly saved my day. It is professionals like Andrew and his manager who elevate a company's reputation. They are absolute gentlemen and true experts at what they do. You have officially won a customer for life, and I will be returning here for all of my future automotive needs. Thank you so much, Andrew!
