- NNNathaniel Yang (Nate)2 days ago5.0I scheduled a Saturday morning appointment and 2.5 hours later, I got my front brakes replaced, rotors smoothed, and brake fluid replaced. They do a great job with their work and I’m sure to return next time!
- SDSean DizzySep 12, 20265.0I woke up this morning to go to an interview and my brakes were completely out. I was recently let go from work and of course my breaks go out during that time. I had a very hefty bill due to driving on the brakes even though they needed to be replaced, this exacerbated the amount of work needed. Rob went above an beyond to help, he is clearly not all driven by money like most car places these days. He discounted everything for me through on any personal coupons he had and on top of that did extra services that were required for no cost. As someone having a really hard time right now this company helped me, I won’t forget it and I will be sending any friends and family I have to see Rob at the brakes plus Parker location!
- TMTina MeyersSep 11, 20265.0We’ve been using Brakes Plus for years, and they continue to provide excellent service every time. The team is always friendly, thorough, and honest, and we truly appreciate the care they put into their work. They’ve become a staple in our community and a business we’re happy to trust with our vehicles. Highly recommend Brakes Plus!
- KGKatie GarnoSep 8, 20265.0Highly recommend these guys! Every time I come in they are super fast and helpful. Today I came in just asking about my skid plate as it came loose and Nick brought it back and had me my keys in 15-20 minutes. He took care of it and I genuinely thought it was going to be a huge headache and costly repair but a few zip ties and I was off! Really great people here and always helpful whether I give them a call or just stop in.
- ASAlfonso SilvaSep 5, 20261.0I took my Volvo for an alignment and tire rotation at 10:00 a.m. this morning, Saturday 09/05/2026, and I received a call from the store manager at 3:00 p.m. that they were "too busy" to do my car and I should bringing sometime next week...I found this totally disrespectful to their clients. They could have told me that when I brought the car at 10:00 a.m. Instead I took my car to the Firestone shop on Parker Rd., I was received gratefully and professionally and after told them what happened to me at Brake Plus, they immediately took care of my car and threw a $10.00 discount for the inconvenience I experienced at Brake Plus on Keystone, Parker. and this was at 3:30 p.m at the Firestone shop!!!...I have been at Brake Plus with all my cars in the past. I will NOT come back and I will NOT recommend it to anyone.
