  Absolutely unprofessional, and have the gall to back sass when called out on it. Scheduled a coolant flush a week ahead of time. Show up exactly on time. I advise they have about a ninety minute window, they say absolutely, will have it done in time. Cars stone cold as I live nearby. Say I'm willing to help out and take the distilled water step of the coolant flush to operating temp to save them time. They advise they don't have distilled water. (Which is kind of required for a coolant flush, as regular water will leave deposits in your coolant system and screw it up.) ...I say okay, well just drain it, refill it with hose water, I'll get it to temp, then they drain and put fresh coolant in. Easy peasy. They say sure. Twenty minutes later, they still haven't pulled my car in. I say give me my keys, because I made an appointment, ergo they should have been ready at that time. Then they get sassy, saying 'oh an appointment only means you get priority on our next available slot' (there were literally no other customers in the lobby waiting but me, so they could have put one of the other cars on the back burner. There was even an open bay to drain my car in.) and then they say that 'I was five minutes late'. I wasn't. It took them five minutes to get me checked in. I know I was on time, because I live less than two minutes from there. No, an appointment, and a scheduled service, means that not only are you prepared to do the service (they weren't), that I arrive on time (I did), and that you have space, staff, and availability to do the service (they didn't.) At least be professional enough to apologize and own your mistakes instead of getting snarky with your tone, and give me sass back when I ask for my keys. I'm a mechanic, and I would get my butt tanned for this unprofessional and rude conduct.

  Nick and the team at Brakes Plus were very friendly, efficient and thorough working on my vehicle. They discovered an issue that could have been catastrophic on my future road trip. They were able to replace the water pump and valve cover seals fairly quickly while also bringing my Jeep Grand Cherokee up to tip-top shape overall. I will feel very comfortable on my upcoming cross-country trip. Thank you.

  We had our air and cabin air filter replaced, as well as an oil change and alignment adjustment. Jaz did a great job helping me understand diagnostically what was going on, and gave a timeline as well as signs and symptoms for other things to look out for

  Had my alignment done about a month ago. Had a bad vibration. Took my car in July 20th to have alignment checked before a big road trip. After waiting for an hour and a half and seeing them shaking my car on the rack I asked what was going on. Was told the rack was not tracking alignment properly. Could have told me that before an hour and a half when I made it clear I just needed the check today so I could get back to work. Took it to discount tire and the alignment was already significantly out of alignment. This is after brakesplus telling me it's my tires and suspension. Had to pay for a separate alignment. Going to see if they will reimburse me as they are supposed to warranty their work. If so this rating will go up, if not will remain the same. As of now, recommend discount tire now that they do alignments over brakesplus. Never had a bad experience at discount tires. Oh, and discount tires is cheaper. As of 7/24 no reply. I will not return to brakesplus. Waste of 129 dollars and they dont honor their warranty
