  My 1995 f-250 broke down in an adjacent parking lot on a 90 degree day while my 3 year old daughterwas with me. I walked in and asked Nick Bethlenfalvay for help. Even though they didn't offer the service I needed , Nick was still able to piece a few things together allowing me to get back on the road, getting us out of the heat.Truly above and beyond service and just a plain good humanitarian act. Thank you fellas!

  I brought my car in to have my shocks replaced, Jaz and her team were fantastic to work with! Jaz was able to diagnose the cause of my car troubles and she explained clearly what needed to be done. The service was performed quickly (on short notice, at that!), it feels like my car is brand new! I feel that the cost was affordable and reasonable for the amount of work my car needed. Thank you!

  Payton and Jazmin have given our family full transparency throughout our experience. We had a car overheat one day. Payton went out of his way to ask if we needed help at a gas station. In a moment of panic for our family, he was calm and reassured us we were ok until we could get it in the shop the following day. Unfortunately the repairs needed were far more than we had anticipated. No problem for them. They even allowed us to discuss future car options without any expectations of any business in return. We then brought our new replacement vehicle to them. They earned our trust through kindness and transparency throughout their process. Stand up folks at this store. Strongly encourage anyone looking for a location with quality professionals, look no further. They have our business secured moving forward. Thank you Payton! You’re a good man.   After being referred to Brakes Plus from other companies that were not able to do an alignment on my wife’s 4Runner, I took it over to brakes plus and talked to Nick about the unique problem I had with getting the alignment done, which was a little different than your standard alignment due to modifications previously done. Nick had his alignment tech look at it to see if it could be done and he was able to get it aligned, thankfully! This was a great experience, Nick and the crew were great, I will definitely bring my other cars here for service, I would recommend these guys to anyone. If you are in need of an alignment come see these guys, the alignment tech really knows his stuff and will get you taken care of.👍👍
