  I came in worried my coolant was leaking, but Ryan and Jasmine helped me check it out and found nothing wrong. They explained how they knew nothing was wrong, and what it would look like if an actual leak happened. They were very helpful and knowledgeable.

  No scamming here, very professional, worked with me, got me an oil change, tire rotation, machine work on my rotors, and front pads all under 400, highly recommend this location at keystone.Jem was very helpful and professional!!, and has a warranty on top of it all too.

  Went in to get pads and rotors replaced. Jem was super cool! Great energy, and Rob the tech was very communicative and solved a lotta issues that the dealer failed to tell me about. Of course it’s kind of expensive for a chain so that sucks. When I got my car back there was a weird rattle sound so I came back in. This tall adviser test drove my car to try to replicate the sound and he claimed there wasn’t a sound (he did not believe me). We took another drive and I was easily able to replicate the rattle. He drives again and has some theory that doesn’t make sense. Dude didn’t even figure it out either, I looked at my wheel myself to see a loose hook that was accidentally left there (which is FINE, the brakes themselves were still perfect). I just don’t know how that isn’t the first thing you check?? And note to your employee, maybe don’t insinuate that your customers are crazy and the sound they’re hearing isn’t real??? If you don’t know get someone else to look at it. Didn’t get his name though. Don’t get me wrong, he didn’t have like an attitude necessarily but man it was weird.

  My husband came here for an oil change. He made an appointment, they told him it would take 45 min. It took 2 hrs. For the first hour they hadn’t even pulled the car in. There were two other cars and people standing around. When they finally pulled the car in he watched as a group of them stood around in a circle talking for 45 min before finally one guy took 15 min to change the oil. When he checked out they apologized saying they were “very busy” and then asked him to leave them a positive Google review. My husband is too nice to say anything or leave a review, I’m usually the same way but I do feel like this was extremely unprofessional.
