I scheduled a test drive, confirmed the appointment, and drove a full hour to get there only to be told, with all the enthusiasm of someone reading a grocery list, that the car had already been sold. No call. No text. No email. Nothing.
This isn’t a staffing issue or an honest mistake. It’s a basic failure of respect. You had my contact information. You had hours to use it. You chose not to.
Save yourself the drive. Save yourself the afternoon. This dealership will burn both without a second thought.

I rarely write reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves it.
From the moment I walked into this dealership’s service department, everything was handled with a level of professionalism and efficiency that is honestly hard to find these days. The team diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and—most impressively—completed the work the same day. No delays, no runaround, just straight execution.
What really stood out was the communication. I received immediate follow-up text messages with updates every step of the way. I never had to wonder what was going on with my vehicle—they kept me fully informed the entire time, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind.
The quality of the work was excellent, the turnaround time was unbelievably fast, and the customer service was top-tier. You can tell this team takes pride in what they do and respects their customers’ time.

Overall I am very happy with my experience at Auto Mart USA in Parker. They were very flexible working with me as I was an out of state buyer. Delma was polite, attentive, and eager to help. If she couldn’t answer a question, she made sure to get someone who could. I appreciated that they seemed to work well as a team. GM Paul made sure everything ran efficiently as possible. My only criticism is the coolant reservoir was low and the windshield washer doesn’t spray. Outside of that, the truck is in excellent condition and I got a great price. I would absolutely recommend them to others! Thank you everyone for all your help.
