  Niko was the technician here in Pagosa Springs. He was professional, very knowledgeable and gave me tips on how heat and cold affects chips so I don't cause it to spider before I get it serviced.

  I showed up For my appointment and was immediately told by the technician that this was his only job today and he was upset because he would only receive one hour of pay. He then proceeded to attempt a small chip repair on my windshield while also telling me about All of his friends that he hangs out with online. Kind of weird. About 10 minutes later he sent me on my way assuring me that the repair was successful. As I was driving away, I could see that two of the small cracks were not filled. I turned around and drove back, and he assured me once again that it was a successful repair. The next morning, as I got in my truck, I noticed that it had cracked a little more. I called to schedule an appointment to have it looked at and was given an appointment about an hour later. As I arrive to my appointment, I was met by the two pagosa Springs employees. They both looked at it and confirmed that it was a “ Bad fill”. They also said there was nothing they could do about it and I had to replace the windshield. They also both told me that they hated working here and they’re not Treated fairly as employees. Expressed to them that I should not have to replace the windshield that they ruined on my own dime, and that is when they gave me the card of their district manager. When I reached out to her, she told me that there was nothing she could do and that I would be able to get a slight discount on the windshield, but that was the extent of being able to rectify the negligence of her employees. I told her that would not work for me and that I needed some sort of better deal due to the fact that her employees were the ones that caused my windshield to be completely ruined at this point. She said that she would reach out to her boss and would get back to me. This was a week ago and I have yet to hear one single thing her boss. At this point, my windshield has cracked completely across the center The entire width of the windshield. It is wrong for this company to require me to pay the full price for a new windshield when her Disgruntled employee was the one who caused it. The chip was originally very small and I could have done the repair myself. I only went to safelite due to the fact that they are a glass company and my insurance pays for repairs At no cost to me. Please avoid using this company, at least if you’re in this area. They do not stand behind the service that they give, and you will be required to pay full price when their technicians mess your windshield up.

  The technician who replaced my windshield was outstanding — professional, efficient, and finished the job within a couple of hours. I highly recommend Safelite for anyone needing reliable windshield repair or replacement.

  Took a big rock hit in Moab UT. My windshield was being held together with packing tape. Nico was unbelievable. The service I got was absolutely amazing. From a bit of rust removal , primed , wiper blade installation Nico was on it. He cares deeply about the job he does. I always go to Safelite but this may have been the best experience I have ever had. Their AI is probably the most stupid excuse for service I have ever seen.
