  They Don’t even deserve a star, I purchased a vehicle from them, and it was one of the best experiences I have had until the nightmare began when purchasing the vehicle they made it a smooth process very friendly until afterwards once you purchase the vehicle and leave they want nothing to do with you and won’t help you at all, i bought the vehicle with a damaged windshield and when paperwork was signed they promised to fix it and put it in my paperwork!! They said someone would reach out to fix it because I’m from out of state and they would make sure they call and let me know if they are unable too well a week goes by and multiple calls have been made regarding the windshield they kept giving me the run around and never had anyone reach out then they said I have to pay out of my pocket and then they will reimburse me but they never gave me any sort of info on how to get paid so I wasn’t going to risk $1,400 out of my pocket for them not to pay it back, then multiple calls are made and no one answer as to how to get it fixed then weeks go by and now they won’t cover it because it’s over 30 days, nowhere in the paper work does it show 30 days and if so, why didn’t they fix it like they promised and signed and gave me copies of. Then speaking to the sales manager he refuses to give straight answers and won’t return any of my calls. And the cherry on top none of my information was sent properly to the Loan company and I had to call and figure it all out because they didn’t even know I had the vehicle because nothing was documented!! Do not go here if you want to get scammed out of money. They promised and signed.

  I purchased a 2025 F-150 platinum from O'Meara 3 months ago. The purchase was easy as the price was negotiated before arrival. However, the physical window sticker was removed from the vehicle before purchase. The dealership promised to provide the physical copy of the window sticker to me several times but failed to do so after weeks of follow up requests and false promises. I can't imagine souring an otherwise positive sale with failure of such a simple request, but due to the false promises and poor customer service, I won't return or conduct business here again.

  This review is for O’Meara Ford and Ford Motor Company equally. Both are despicable. They charged me $3,217 to replace a cracked tail-light lens on a 2023 F150 pickup. You are reading that correctly, three thousand two hundred and seventeen dollars. The turn signal stopped working so I had to replace it. They re-used the blind-spot monitor and made the swap very quickly per the service manager. The service was good but the price was outrageous. My guess is that the actual true cost to make this part was around $250. Ford sold 7,925,609 F-150s in the last ten years. If all they do is replace one taillight on each they are making over $21,597,000 gross profit on taillights alone. What has this world come to and how do we get back to a reasonable business environment? This is crazy.

  I had a great experience working with Josh Nuñez & Adrian Flores at O’Meara Ford in Northglenn. From the start, they were attentive, straightforward, and really took the time to make sure I got the best possible financing terms. They helped me dial in the numbers in a way that made sense for my budget and didn’t pressure me into anything I wasn’t comfortable with. What stood out most was the effort Josh & Adrian put into getting the truck fully ready for me. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of before delivery, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, I’d definitely recommend asking for Josh or Adrian if you’re looking for someone who actually takes care of you through the buying process and doesn’t just try to push a sale.
