Was quite an experience at O'Meara Ford . Started off good my husband called and talked to Jordan who let Kim know that they had a 2025 Ford Maverick and that he would have it ready on Monday for a test drive. We live 1 1/2 away so we did some research online and then called to make sure dealers had the trucks. Kim told Jordan we would be there around 11 am. We got there and Jordan was with a client already so he told Chuck about us. Chuck said they are going to get the 2025 Ford Maverick but that the 2026 right outside was exactly the same as the 2025 and that we should go test drive that while they get the one we came all the way for. Was a bit upsetting 😡 but we figured okay then when we get back we will drive the other one. Get in the truck are driving down the highway and of course getting used to where things are. Only to see that it says it has 17 miles until empty????? Seriously who wants to take a chance. So we turned around and went back. Then Chuck and Jordan greet us and tell us they no longer have the 2025 truck that it got sold night before. What a waste of time . Jordan wanted to work with us and asked if we liked the one we drove. We said yes we liked how it drove although we did not drive far because there is only gas for 17 miles. So he said lets see what I can do for you . He came back with an offer asked us what we thought we went back and forth. Told him we wanted to trade in Kim's Mazda B 2300 and got an offer from CarMax. Jordan said they would match that. We went back and forth some more but then did come up with an agreement. So we left around 2 pm told Jordan we would be back with Mazda truck and money next day. He said he would not be there but that he would have new truck filled up and detailed by the time we came back. We told him we would most likely be back around noon. We get there next day Chuck greets us and nothing has been done. Chuck says it will be 20 minutes. We had to do paperwork and pay so where not to upset yet. Then we where brought to Jorian signed all the papers give Jorian money 💰 he says that he has to count it and will bring us receipts. We told him will be right outside sitting at one of the tables. Half hour goes by nothing happens , no receipts, no Chuck, no truck. Nothing then Chuck comes we ask about truck he now tells us their are two cars ahead of us????? Then Kim sees Jorian asks him about our receipts, he says I think I gave them to Chuck????? Just got worse and worse. Chuck could tell we where getting upset now . Nothing has happened that any of them had said. We are now there for almost 2 hours already. Then Micheal John came and he was amazing. Best thing down there he was going to explain how the truck worked . We told him what has been going on and that he could not go over truck with us since it is still not detailed or filled up. Micheal got us Vouchers so we could eat lunch at that deli. Kept going to check on truck kept us updated then when truck finally came explained everything so we could understand . Then he also told us about the Ford rewards program told us he was giving us 50 000 extra rewards and two free oil changes for all the inconvenience. Finally it was time for us to drive the new truck home and then to our dismay we see a big ding from a rock most likely, in the windshield. Unbelievable Micheal thought they surely patched it of course we are not sure, so sad that we will start off with patching new trucks windshield. Just to tired by that time to try to argue more . Started off good Jordan was good and Micheal John was the best part about our experience. Micheal is so helpful, professional and has integrity. We do love our 2026 Ford Maverick though. Where just hoping for a much better experience, would have been much better if we could have had Jordan and Micheal whole time.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! This dealership has no integrity or morals. We purchased a Ford Transit from them back in May, made an appointment and told them we were coming from out of town. Upon showing up for our appointment we were told that the vehicle hadn’t even been serviced, detailed ect. (not sure why they would have a vehicle up for sale without having these things done). After looking it over and testing driving it we did decide to go ahead with purchasing it. We were told that if anything major came up on the inspection they would let us know and fix it or terminate the contract. We also were told they would deliver the vehicle to us since we had to come from out of town. Weeks passed and we just got the run around about when it would be ready. Finally they let us know everything was done and everything checked out or was fixed, but they went back on their word and said they would not deliver it to us. My husband had to make a trip up to get it. Upon the first hour of getting the vehicle the AC went out. We reached out to them and they said they couldn’t help us, that they were already over budget and to just go through the warranty. Our vehicle has been in and out of the shop since we got it, we thankfully purchased the extended warranty but now the warranty company is even saying they don’t want to cover anything more since these problems should have been picked up by the dealership initially. We are now without a vehicle with 5 young children who need to go to school and one of my children has not been able to get to their therapy appointments. We are a one income family and saved for months and months for this van to ensure our children had safe transportation. We trusted O’merea, but now they will not fix their wrong or help us in anyway.

When I called to make an appointment Trevyon made the appointment process a breeze. Upon arrival at my scheduled time he met me before I could even exit my vehicle. Within a few short minutes I was checked in. After receiving a text that my vehicle was ready, I returned and he went over the service notes and walked me to the vehicle. He made sure it was all satisfactory and thanked me for the business. Nothing wrong with Trevyon, but O’Meara Ford charges a credit card surcharge now! This needs to be addressed upon scheduling a service appointment. I’m sick and tired of business doing this at already exuberant prices. It’s always been built into the cost of doing business. Cash handling will cost more than the service charge. I’ve been a service customer with O’Meara ford after purchasing a f-250 in 2003. TH, Thornton CO

I have never felt more frustrated and disrespected by a dealership service department. Over the past year and a half, we have brought our vehicle to Omera Ford twice because of ongoing transmission/powertrain shifting issues. Both times, we paid the service department to diagnose the vehicle, and both times we were told they could not find anything wrong. Yet the shifting problems continued. Fast forward to this past weekend, when the vehicle experienced a major escalation of the exact same issue and completely shut down. Naturally, we contacted the service department again, expecting that after paying them twice to investigate the same ongoing concern, they would at least be willing to take another look at it, especially given that the problem had now become significantly worse. Instead, we were told we would have to pay another diagnostic fee. I explained that this was not some brand-new, unrelated problem. This was the same transmission/powertrain concern we had already brought to them twice, paid them to diagnose twice, and which they had failed to identify or resolve. We were simply hoping they would stand behind their previous work and take another look without charging us yet again for the same concern. The response from the person I spoke with on the phone was absolutely unbelievable. There was zero empathy, zero ownership, and absolutely no effort to provide any kind of customer service. He repeatedly insisted that because they "didn't know what the issue was," they had to charge us again because it could be something different. I explained that if we had already paid twice to have the vehicle checked for the same symptoms and those symptoms had now gotten dramatically worse, charging us another $270 diagnostic fee seemed completely unreasonable. His response? "Well, it's $299." The smug, dismissive attitude behind that comment was the final straw. It wasn't the $299. It was the complete lack of care, accountability, or concern for a customer who had already spent money with the dealership multiple times trying to get the same problem properly diagnosed. So I hung up. We will never use Omera Ford's service department again. I sincerely hope someone in dealership leadership reads this and understands that the problem here goes far beyond a diagnostic fee. Vehicles can have complicated problems. I understand that. What customers should not have to deal with is paying repeatedly for the same problem to be investigated, having the problem go unresolved, and then being treated with disrespect when the problem inevitably gets worse. A dealership earns long-term customers through trust, accountability, and customer service. After this experience, we have none of those things with Omera Ford. Leadership needs to take a serious look at how this service department handles repeat concerns and, more importantly, how its employees speak to customers who are already frustrated and looking for help. This experience was unacceptable from start to finish. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Went in for an oil change, while waiting I was told front hub needed replaced. Was quoted $1400 total for hub replacement, oil change and new air filter. I agreed to have this all done. Waited a week, then received a phone call that after the tech test drive the car they thought there was a problem with the transmission, but wouldn’t know until the following week when the could get to it. Finally called me 5 days later to inform me the “ PTU “ in the transmission was going out. $4200 to replace that. I said I would just like to pick up the car and pay for the work already performed. After them having my car for 2 weeks, went to pick it up an after looking over the paperwork they charged me $686 dollars for a front hub replacement, and diagnostics on the transmission. DID NOT even perform the oil change and air filter replacement which was what the car was originally brought in for. Mind you it’s a 2010 Ford Taurus limited, with 45,000 miles. My grandma’s car who has had service done regularly on it since she purchased back in 2010. Terrible service department and employee who was the contact through the process. I can’t even say she helped me with anything other then being my cashier at the end of the day!
