  Grease Monkey is my go-to mechanic for both of my cars. The staff is friendly, especially the older gentleman who speaks Spanish.

  My husband took our car in for an oil change and to change filters. The technician leaned our seat back and broke it. It’s currently still in the same position and their solution was for us to bring it back (to the people who broke it in the first place) so they could put it in the “upright” broken portion, where it would still be broken but “at least” the seat would be upright instead of reclined. Kind of laughable. The power on the chair has been broken and Victor was not willing to take responsibility or do anything about it. He said it’s just like if any other part stopped working when in the shop they cannot be liable because it could happen at any time. I thought that was very convenient. I asked for a refund for our services and he was clear that they would only put the chair in the upright position, which would still be broken.

  This shop took great care of my car! I usually get nervous about taking my car in for service, but they made the entire process easy and stress-free. They were honest, never tried to upsell me on anything I didn't need, and took the time to explain everything. Jacob was especially kind and patient. He answered all of my questions and helped put my mind at ease. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this shop!
