  These people don’t even know what they’re doing. They made us call another store which is the home store we usually go to so they can push product from their end because we were using our commercial account. I called and they let me know that we didn’t even have to call them, they could’ve done our purchase perfectly fine and then made us wait even longer, the worker just left and helped someone else while we were just waiting at the register with no one helping us waiting even longer.

  Very bad experience, nobody pays attention to people and they make you wait a long time. I stood for 10 minutes and 3 people were on their phones and the others were walking back and forth. Everyone had An elderly man was waiting and they didn't help him; that was in the sales department. The people in the front work well, but in the back, the business accounts department is a disaster. They need to be replaced or trained.

  I would like to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to JASMINE for great customer service and going above and beyond for me! Jasmine not only helped me because I told her I was buying 4 Bosch Iridium spark plugs for a Chevy Captiva at $10.50 each, totaling $50.00. I told her I was lied too by a male employee at 94th and federal saying they only had Laser Iridium Premium costing $117.00. I told Jasmine that this was the second time it happened to me at an AutoZone and I believe it is completely unfair and shows very poor character from male employees to try to sell women more expensive parts. No one should be charged more because they are female. Jasmine made me feel better by finding the spark plugs and telling me to come to her specifically which I will now always do. Jasmine had only 2 spark plugs at her store but I paid for all 4 and was able to pick up the other 2 at another AutoZone with no problem or having to speak to another man trying to sell more expensive parts. THANK YOU JASMINE FOR BEING THE BEST AUTOZONE ASSOCIATE EVER! PLEASE AUTO ZONE GIVE JASMINE A RAISE FOR HER PROFESSIONALISM, GREAT CHARACTHER, AND AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE TRULY NEED MORE AWESOME ASSOCIATES LIKE JASMINE.
