BEWARE — DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP WITH YOUR VEHICLE. My experience with Sinclair in Monument was absolutely unacceptable, and I would strongly warn others before spending their money here. I paid approximately $300 for Sinclair to install a part on my vehicle. Within roughly ONE MONTH, the part was not working properly. I took the vehicle to a Chevrolet dealership, and they told me the part Sinclair had installed was not working and needed to be replaced. I called Sinclair and spoke with Nick. I explained exactly what Chevrolet had found and asked Sinclair to stand behind a repair that was barely a month old. Nick refused to do anything for me. It got even worse when I asked to speak with the owner. The owner never called me back. According to my conversation with Nick, when I asked for the owner to contact me, Nick actually laughed and told me the owner would never call me back about this. Think about that before trusting this business with your vehicle and your money. I paid around $300 for a part and repair, was subsequently told by a Chevrolet dealership that the part was not working and needed replacement, and Sinclair refused to make it right. Then, when I tried to escalate the issue to the owner, I couldn’t even get a return phone call. That is not how a reputable automotive repair business should treat a customer. Based on my experience, I have absolutely no confidence in this shop, its workmanship, or its willingness to stand behind the repairs customers pay for. BUYER BEWARE. I would never take another vehicle here, and I strongly recommend getting your vehicle serviced somewhere else.

Brice was absolutely amazing. He did not have to do this at all and he did. He did this all after the fact the auto shop closed. He kept running back in when customers came inside and back out once they left. And not once did he not smile or seem so beyond kind. Also the womens bathroom has an assortment of hand lotions along with feminine products. 10/10 for use. Also can never pass up a good sinclair💓🦕
