I don’t always love going to Grease Monkey, but this one is solid. Dunkin helped me out and did an awesome job. He was honest and reasonable. Did not try to upsell me on anything unnecessary, just mentioned the things I am already planning on doing myself.

I came to the Grease Monkey in Monument for the first time. Very happy and satisfied with service. Excellent customer service. Alex the manager is rude and didnt tell the crew what o change I wanted. The workers were very nice and offered to correct it in their own dime which I refused. They did end up calling g him and putting g the additive in but the oil change was $30 more than the one I asked for. Again, the crew was great. Alex, Not so much. He also broke a part I. Another girls car then had to go get it in CO springs and charged her for the part. This place used to be great. Won't go back.

PSA - DO NOT USE GREASE MONKEY! I took my vehicle to a Grease Monkey for a basic oil change. The mechanics ended up destroying my transmission to the point it had to be replaced be an actual reputable dealer. Grease Monkey refused to pay for the damages and will not even respond to me at this point. I’ve had to file a lawsuit to recoup the damages they admittedly did. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to another shop even if it is for a basic service. The area manager and owners are the shadiest group I have ever encountered.
