  Great service. Awesome staff. Very clean , comfy ,waiting area. I felt very lucky finding this business. They even helped me get the donut on my car.

  Used to be a good oil change place. Went today (mid-day) and was told nobody showed up for work and the manager was fired. The lone person said they were going to close.

  It was a a very quick in-and-out oil change, but thats where the good experience ended. The vehicle started to smell like burnt oil as soon as i got back on the road and i had to pull over to ensure there wasn't a catastrophic failure. When I got out of the car I noticed smoke coming from the engine bay. I opened the hood to discover a rather large quantity of oil spilled on the engine cover and down the right side of the block. I simply do not understand how anyone could make a mess like that and make no attempt to clean it up, or at least to inform the vehicles owner. Fortunately, I believe the smoke and smell was the extent of the issue. It did, however, make a huge mess in my engine bay that required cleaning, turning the convenience of a quick oil change into the hassle of a late day engine detail. The only reason that I take it somewhere for an oil change is speed and convenience. But if this is the quality and care of the work, I would sooner buy the material and save the $100.

  I've been going to this location for 20 years. Apparently there is new management here. I waited for over 90 minutes for the service to be completed. When the service was complete I asked why the service took so long. The tech said "it takes a long time to clean the fuel ejectors." I replied with "Well, it would have been nice to set expectations." Then when the bill was totaled, I asked if they had applied my veteran's discount. The reply was "Show me your card." I said I've been coming here for 20 years, I've never had to show my card." The reply was "New management." While driving the truck back home, I discovered that the display in the truck had been changed...I never asked for that. Well, I won't be going back.
