This took the guesswork out of waiting. A second technician, Wesley, serviced the vehicle topside. He communicated clearly with what was going on. Finally, CSR Andrew handled the details. I'm from Florida, so when he got my address he asked if I like it there, if it's a big town, etc etc. It was fun to talk to him. Next time I need an oil change in Montrose I'll return to Valvoline.
