Well, first of all im not ok with having to go in the lobby when it used to be that we could sit in our vehicle while being serviced. I work all day on my feet and I really liked that we could sit in the vehicle. The other thing is I don't think its ok to say "if you don't have an email then we cant work on your vehicle" that is bull crap!

Horrible service. Do not recommend. Rude, disrespectful, demeaning. One guy waited and waited and no one came out to help him. Three people working. ZERO customers in the bays. He finally reversed and drove away. I should have done the same thing! I asked specifically about what the total would be before service. They completely lied and miscommunicated about pricing. Refused corporate coupons. Thank goodness my daughter did not go. TRAUMA! Tried to charge over $250 for an oil change and filter! I made them take the filter out! 😡 What bothers me the most is the mansplaining and they knew what they did was wrong, unprofessional and unacceptable. There is no way any of those men would pay $250 for an oil change!!! Don’t go there!!!

Requested a specific oil weight multiple times and they said ok. After the service was completed the receipt said the oil weight I didn’t want, I asked about it and they said it was required. Didn’t give me a heads up or talk to me beforehand and $180 for just an oil and filter!!! Was supposed to check over the entire vehicle, including cleaning the windshield , they did not. Won’t be going back

Had an oil change and replacement of 2 belts. The service was fairly quick about an hour to complete. The cost is high though. I probably paid $50 more for the belts than if I would have an a auto repair place. However, I appreciate that they were able to get it done without an appointment.

Very unprofessional team two out of five guys actually doing any work. Your team failed to actually check my air filter and then lied to me about the status of it when I asked, twice. Left wondering what else wasn’t done on my vehicle. Absolutely not worth the $100 charge
