  This was my first time using a drive-through oil change service, and I was genuinely impressed. I stayed in my truck the entire time while the team handled everything quickly and efficiently. Everyone was professional, friendly, and communicated clearly throughout the process. The service was organized, fast, and made the whole experience incredibly convenient. I'll definitely be coming back the next time my truck needs an oil change. Highly recommend!

  What a great location. The staff is super helpful and friendly all while being super quick. Never felt rushed or like they were trying to upsell me. One of the techs even offered to perform a service with parts that I had because I was short on time before my trip. I’ll be back! Highly recommend.

  This group is a well oiled machine. It was quick, they were all extremely professional and also friendly. It couldn’t have been a better experience. This Valvoline is new to my area and I’m happy that it’s also now closer than where I was going to before.

  I had a hunch this place would be good and it was. They changed my oil, aired my tires, and refilled my washer fluid in about 10 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. They clearly show you the oil level on the dipstick before you drive off. I didn't have to get out and the guys were easy to talk to.

  Ended up getting a coupon in the mail for what I assumed was Valvoline and it is but not the same as the one that is already here or do they correspond to each other. You don’t find that out until the guy has made you drive your vehicle into the bay. And then sit in your car while he leans over looks at your mileage opened your door reset your oil thing in your dash. Meanwhile, his prices are high like way higher than the other Valvoline and yeah I did get a $30 coupon but still spent more than I would have it the other one if I had the same coupon but otherwise the other place is the same price with the coupon. I love all the pictures of generic photos because I pulled in and wanted my tires rotated and you can clearly see in their pictures that they’ve posted that there are tires coming off of a vehicle. I don’t think that you need a lift to rotate tires, but I didn’t see that vehicle lifted like that. It might’ve been nevertheless. They don’t have that yet. So I literally went out of my way to try this place out and they did an oil change. I had to basically help them do it and for paying for that I would rather sit in the area and not talk to the person who is literally 2 feet away, standing there nice guy. I would say they didn’t do anything out of their way to make me feel like I should come back. He did take the time to show me my filter from the inside of the engine bay and you know new places. Hey I’ll blow this off for you and put it back so you can see and then you’re like whoa. He went out of his way to help it stay cleaner for longer. But they didn’t even check the cabin filter and so would I recommend this place next Tory that means no I mean not even because you have to drive there and you live across the street that you would use them and I got a great oil change for a reasonable deal with the coupon that they said they didn’t need, but I had to scan it. If you feel like what you have read here you wanna still get an oil change there you’re gonna get a guaranteed quality oil change. But you can get that at any Place. Just noticed in the comments which she didn’t tell me about which is OK, but it is on here and he didn’t say anything. Like trying to cover themselves. Skid plate damage loose upon arrival. Do you think if they saw that that they would’ve should’ve could’ve let me know just in case. I love that right under there all kinds of stuff about. We’re awesome people tell us and tell everybody. Literally that would’ve been nice to know that my skid plate damaged loose and I could’ve said well. What does that mean? Can you just tell me. So I’d say they went out of their way to not do their duty but note it so I would definitely never go there again.
