Easy to make appointment online and on short notice. Staff did a great job of repairing the worst windshield chip I’ve ever had. They also did a great job of explaining what was done and next steps. Very quickly and well handled by all involved — thank you!

Safeties was great to work with. We live 2 hours away and this was my son's college car. Worked with us and him to get this done. It was fast and easy. The technician was amazing!

Technician was friendly, professional and very detailed. He noticed a scratch on the replacement and had another delivered to our location. So he did not put something in that we wouldn't be happy with. He seen it before we had a chance to. He enjoyed his job and was willing to speak with me about the training and how his day was going. He held an actual conversation.

It was easy to setup an appointment. There was some confusion because my appointment time was set to 8am to 12 pm, but the tech was told I was a last minute add on to his afternoon schedule. A couple of calls and he was able to come and get it done at 2:30. I appreciated the convenience of it all.
