- SFScott FurnansMay 13, 20265.0Why i was in Estes Park Colorado the refrigerator went out and when I was trying to try fixing the issue using YouTube as my coach I then lost or heaterand ac. I had talked over the phone with RV Doctors and they were very nice and knowledgeable. He asked for a bunch of photos, so I sent them. Later that day I got a phone call from them and he gave me a few tasks to see if I could fix the issues. It help and with the assistance of a neighboring camper that saw me scratching my head as I was outside at the access to the back of the refrigerator, he helped me fix the issues with the phone call knowledge we got from these guys the night before. Thank you RV Doctors for talking me through our issues. 10 stars all the way, because they cared and friendly and knowledgeable.

They jumped right in and started troubleshooting. Within 1 hour, they found (not easy) and fixed the problem and I was on the road. I highly recommend this company and am relieved to know I have a great group to help me in the future.
