  I own a moving company and have been having to rent trucks regularly. Unfortunately, between this and the Fort Collins location I’ve had 4 different times in the last 2 weeks where I have reserved a truck only to be called later and told that the truck was not actually available. Twice now, I’ve received the call on the morning of the rental and have had to scramble to make other arrangements. Today was particularly frustrating when the person calling seemed to imply it was my fault because I made the reservation “after hours” (meaning 2PM on a Friday). It seems to me that if the truck is not available to rent, then it should not be listed it as available to rent. Last week the truck that they gave me for rental, I was informed upon pick up, had the rails on one side of the truck broken off. We then realized on the job that the side with the rails still on had began to split and we needed to be careful when choosing where/how to strap on there. I can understand things happen, but the consistency over the last few weeks that I’ve had issues renting followed by the phone call where the implication seemed to be that this was my fault has lead me to choose to bring my business elsewhere whenever possible. The trucks are better condition than other rental companies.

  This review is for tori at the Loveland Colorado location at 6310 Byrd dr for her professional, and customer service while making a booking tori was very happy to answer all of our questions help us with selecting the correct truck for our needs, my wife and I are veterans and are moving a good distance out of state and truly appreciate the promos and discounts Penske is able to provide along with a nice veteran discount I’m not one to leave 5* reviews for cooperations, this is truly the exception because of Tori’s help. We look forward to our reservation and picking up this monster of a truck!!! Again Tori’s professionalism and customer service was truly the best I’ve received from Penske and made this reservation completely worth it. Thank you again tori best wishes and health for 2022!!
