    I was supposed to have the truck several hours ago. They still have no idea when the truck will arrive and I get a different story from every employee that I talk to. The last employee has the audacity to snap at me because I'm not ok with the communication they have provided. They were generally inaccurate and rude.

    Allowed me to book a truck online that they didn't have available. Drove to pick up location with a reservation and they couldn't get me a truck.

    If you're looking to purchase a used vehicle and find the Penske auctions keep looking. The price comes in thousands higher than expected and the paperwork is terribly difficult. . Auctions said the van is in Denver but now we are having to work with a company out of Pennsylvania to try and get the title. Awful.
