    I was supposed to have the truck several hours ago. They still have no idea when the truck will arrive and I get a different story from every employee that I talk to. The last employee has the audacity to snap at me because I'm not ok with the communication they have provided. They were generally inaccurate and rude.

    Allowed me to book a truck online that they didn't have available. Drove to pick up location with a reservation and they couldn't get me a truck.

    No pickup was a available, but the cargo van worked fine. Easy check in and out. Getting the rental was the easiest part, as it should be.
