Exceptional customer service from Zack and Blake in undoing the errors of mother-ship Enterprise call center. Impressed that Enterprise empowers their local teams to do right by their client and they did just that. Greatly appreciated by a couple of road weary seniors!

Your team was amazing! This was a last minute rental to service a customer in an emergency. I usually rent with National but they didn't have a location in the area so called the customer service line to book with Enterprise. She found my account and our corporate discount and had me in a vehicle in under 5 minutes. I had a coworker take me a couple blocks to the location. Customers were stacked 3 deep and the office staff was working quickly and efficiently to service their customers. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked through the door and was assured they would get to me as soon as they could. I waited for less than 3 minutes and not only did they get to me quickly but was offered an upgraded vehicle that had just come in. We examined the vehicle, noted the existing damage and had me on the road in short order. I've been renting cars for work for 19+ years and this was one of my top 3 experiences with renting a vehicle. Strong work Enterprise!!!
