- TSTyler StewartJun 28, 20261.0Careful renting from this place. We rented a car to travel to arizona and upon drop off they claimed there was hail damage on the roof of the car. No hail damage anywhere else just on the roof. Explained to them that we didn't hit a single storm traveling back home from Arizona yet they still made a claim. Riddle me how there is only hail damage to the roof of the vehicle but not on the hood or anywhere else. These guys are very unprofessional and run a fishy business taking advantage of their customers.

- TSTodd SilveyJun 7, 20265.0I had to redo this review, almost took a couple stars off because of an issue I had with the vehicle, not the service. Upon returning I was tired and exhausted from the road and not happy, then Keith W. and Jacob B. happened! Keith met me with a level of customer service I haven't experienced in a very loooong time and Jacob was right there with him flexin the skills. What I didn't mention to him was that I was done with Enterprise. Over the years the Longmont location caused me a lot of frustration. Loveland Enterprise with Keith and Jacob(all the staff here really), you made me a believer that customer care isn't dead! Enterprise, why doesn't Keith have his own store yet??? You can't afford to lose a guy like this, he just saved a customer that spends way too much on rental cars!
