  Perhaps the best place I’ve ever rented a car. The sun was shining and Blake came out and welcomed me like I was an old friend. He was genuinely interested in knowing how my experience was and took care of all my concerns. He and Marissa had such a fun dynamic and I can tell they enjoy working there. All these small things outside of the price and the car make a big difference. Next time I’m in town I’m coming back here.

  Fantastic staff, reasonable prices, helpful services and great vehicles make the Loveland Enterprise the best in the business! I will always rent from Enterprise, specifically because of the experiences I have had at the Enterprise in Loveland Colorado! Enterprise, thank you for having such a great group there in Loveland!

  Avoid this place if possible. It's a major league employee management disaster. Only one person was at the desk and a lobby full of pissed off customers. Several employees mulling about and not helping. They have a management problem. At least that day they needed another four associates. There was also an elderly woman who clearly needed help. No idea what was wrong. She said she waited 1-1/2 hours. We took her home. Someone should have helped her or called her an Uber. The car was fine for a rental. The rental process is tiresome. I get the liability. Thank a lawyer. They basically make sure you know everything is going to cost. I expected to be charged for air. I vacuumed it and brought it back exactly as I received it. The option to pay for a tank of gas at a reduced rate needs to be changed. Sooner or or later someone is going to try and bring one back close to empty and run out of gas. If it results in injury, guess who they will sue. Just charge a reasonable gallon rate to fill the tank. People will happily drop the car off and let them fill it.

  We had an outstanding experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Loveland! We were traveling through Colorado on our Western RV adventure when our Mini Cooper Countryman unexpectedly needed to go into the shop for service. Being far from home and having only a few days in the area, we really didn’t want car trouble to cost us an entire day of our trip. The team at Enterprise came to the rescue! On very short notice, they got us into an upgraded SUV — a beautiful Genesis GV70 — and had us on our way quickly. Instead of spending the day worrying about our car or sitting around waiting, we were able to get out and enjoy our day and continue making great memories on our trip. Everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful, friendly, professional, and focused on providing great customer service. Our Mini ended up being repaired in just one day, even though we had originally rented the Genesis for two days. Enterprise made returning it early easy and adjusted our rental price accordingly, which we really appreciated. What could have been a frustrating disruption to our RV adventure turned into little more than a minor inconvenience thanks to the great people at Enterprise. We can’t thank the Loveland Enterprise team enough for taking such good care of us. If you need a rental vehicle in the Loveland area, we highly recommend them!

  We enjoyed a one week rental for a vacation at a reasonable rate. The Nissan Versa AWD was reliable and powerful. This location has excellent customer service and a large inventory. Blake was kind, efficient and focused on customer service even on a Sunday afternoon!
