  I have gone with my partner here to get her oil change that she was given the free oil change cards from when she purchased her vehicle and every time that we have gone has been ridiculous and just when we thought it couldn’t get worse, it proceeds to surprise us this last time that we just went it seemed like that the employees were not even concerned about the time It takes to go ahead and service the vehicles when it appeared to be, they were all conversing and having a jolly good time on top of that when we did finally get our vehicle after almost 2 hours of a wait for one oil change, we opened up our vehicle- the front passenger seat was all the way extended and reclined didn’t know that we had to do that in order to do an oil change and it seems like there’s no sense of urgency whatsoever. oh, and keep in mind this wasn’t a walk-in. This was a scheduled appointment for 2 o’clock.

  Brett was great to work with, through the entire process of purchasing our 2026 Tahoe. He was friendly and I would highly recommend anyone in the market looking to buy a vehicle to go see Davidson- Gebhardt Chevrolet.

  They had advertised online NEW 26 Chevy Tahoe recent price drop. Stopped by for a look and a test drive. Before driving noticed a nail in one of the tires. Some lower bumper damage and then once we were halfway through the test drive we noticed and mentioned why the new vehicle had 4800 miles on it. Dealer Demo??? Ya maybe but not advertised as a demo it said new which they replied that it has never been titled so it’s new. Okay????? But it has 4800 miles so it’s used…. After more review in the state of Colorado a new, never been titled vehicle is considered used after 1500 miles. And they still want new price. Sorry not a chance. Beware!!!

  Called in 8/3/2026 in the parts department to get some information on my Colorados transmission as I am unfamiliar but wanted to be sure I ordered the correct part after getting conflicting information online. I originally called the Fort Collins Chevy parts and got a horrible experience with someone very very short and rude. I called this Chevy Dealer in Loveland hoping for a better experience and got exactly that and more. Chip in the parts/service department was incredibly helpful and nice. He explained what I needed to do and extra tips. He was educational and very polite. Thanks Chip, I will only come to this Chevy dealer for anything in the future and my next Chevy purchase because of this one call and experience.

  If I could give DGC ten stars I would. My son and I were traveling from Washington to Texas and collided with a deer knocking out our AC and forward sensors. After calling every dealership/shop between Wyoming and Colorado I found Landon at DGC. He went above and beyond to check parts and technician availability so we could get my Suburban repaired same day. While waiting for the repairs the folks in the service center made the experience magical for my five year old, giving him snacks and his very own yellow Corvette die-cast. I cannot thank them enough for caring for us and getting us back on the road with a fully functioning AC. Not a single bad thing to say. Ya'll were AWESOME and I cannot thank you enough.
