Your service was very polite and professional. I had a very simple fix. Evidently, when getting either in or out of my Tahoe I accidentally bumped the light switch, on the lower left side of the dash from the driver, with my knee from auto to on. This is pretty easy to do and do so without the awareness that you've turned your lights on. Not knowing that I had done this, the car would seem to go into a shutdown transition of 9-10 minutes. I had just received a couple of software updates from Chevy, so my faulty analytical thinking assumed it might be associated with that. Just a good thing for your staff to know if anyone calls in with a similar symptoms. Car hums, so it sounds like it is cycling, lights stay on, door dings when it opens (which was typical of many older models), and in 9-10 minutes it shuts down. Save your customers a trip in. Do not go through the salesman CONNOR! It was my first time getting financed and I was hoping for a good experience and it wasn't. I bought a truck with 85,000 miles. And CONNER specifically told me that it has a 3 month or 3000 mile warranty. And something went wrong on the truck and I called CONNOR, and he said since the truck has over 80,000 miles that it turns out it Does Not have the 3 month or 3000 mile warranty. My fault for not getting it in writing. But he was still wrong for assuring me it had the warranty.

I accompanied a friend here to help her buy a new vehicle. What started as a seemingly laid-back, low-pressure experience quickly devolved into a predatory, manipulative sales tactic.
We negotiated and agreed upon a fair price for a specific vehicle we had test-driven. The dealership even explicitly asked for a positive review in exchange for the "good deal."
However, once my friend declined all the high-margin add-ons (warranties and protection packages) in the finance office, the dealership's strategy shifted:
• The Setup: They had her sit in the vehicle to sync her phone and register her OnStar account—deliberately building emotional attachment to the car.
• The Credit Hit: They ran her credit, executing a hard inquiry.
• The "Mistake": Suddenly, they claimed the temporary tag listed the wrong color because they had "accidentally" entered the wrong VIN into their system.
• The Bait-and-Switch: They came back with new terms that were thousands of dollars higher than the agreed-upon price, claiming they had mistakenly negotiated based on a different vehicle with a lower MSRP.
This is a textbook Yo-Yo sales tactic. Once a dealer realizes a buyer won't bite on profitable add-ons, they get them emotionally invested, ding their credit, and then jack up the price, betting the buyer will be too exhausted to walk away. Unfortunately, tired after hours of games, my friend fell for it and signed.
Do not do business here unless you are comfortable being ripped off and paying well over MSRP. Don't be fooled by the positive ratings—those are just from buyers who fell for the fake "good guy" routine before getting taken to the cleaners. Avoid at all costs.
