- LLLauraJul 29, 20265.0They are absolutely the best!! Went there after having a bad brake job by another business. They were so wonderful! Took it on a test drive and let me tag along to see what they heard and then in the shop they showed me the issue and explained it. Also showed me work on suspension upcoming that I'll need to address eventually and explained it all to me. To correct the bad brake job it was going to be over $85 and they went ahead and comped it out for me. How amazing is that! I'd wanted to come to them first but was convinced to give the new business a chance....I learned my lesson and will ALWAYS come to Brakes Plus! What an amazing group of people and the mechanics were so helpful to explain and show everything to me. Don't mess up like I did....go to Brakes Plus where they do things right!!!
