I had a great experience. I was a little nervous, taking My truck in, but Dax made the process very simple. He explained All the details and process the brakes and rotors and how important they are. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle here they were efficient reasonably priced and I got my vehicle pretty fast

I can’t say enough about how grateful I am to Sandy, Jordan, and the entire technician team for the exceptional service they provide. From the moment you walk in, they treat you with honesty, respect, and genuine care. I recently brought in my wife’s vehicle after noticing powder buildup and squeaking from the brakes. The inspection showed that it needed new rotors and brake pads, but instead of pushing unnecessary services or making the situation stressful, they worked with me to find the best solution at a price I could afford. They delivered dependable, high-quality work without breaking the bank—exactly what every customer hopes for. After seeing how professionally and thoughtfully they handled my wife’s vehicle, I brought in my own car because of an alignment issue and shaking while driving. They carefully diagnosed the problem and found that the driver-side control arm was misaligned and causing the issue. Their attention to detail gave me confidence that my vehicle—and my safety—were truly in good hands. What sets this team apart is their honesty and personal care. They explain what they find, answer your questions, and never pressure you into repairs you don’t need. Sandy even assured me that she would work with me on my vehicle just as she had with my wife’s brakes. That kind of understanding and compassion is rare. I genuinely feel like part of the family here. They put safety first, provide quality workmanship, and respect the fact that every customer has a budget. They care about the people behind the vehicles, not just the repairs. I couldn’t be happier with the service, the workmanship, and the way this team treats its customers. I highly recommend Sandy, Jordan, and the entire crew to anyone looking for an honest, trustworthy auto shop that delivers quality work with genuine care. I’m grateful to have finally found a shop I can trust and depend on. Thank you all!
