  To the snobby older gal with glasses saying "AutoZone" doesn't do that! We don't help people with fixing parts, and proceeded to make comments while I waited for Carlee to help me! You were rude! Making comments to your younger coworker! And now, one brake light out, now all 3 out instead of the replacement bulb I bought! I appreciate Carlee trying to help, but now a bigger issue! I probably should have left when I was treated poorly in the store! AutoZone will no longer have our business!

  Apparently, you can't return an item purchased at one AutoZone to another AutoZone without the receipt even though you purchased the item under your phone number. This policy needs to be corrected immediately. Anyone should be able to return an item to any AutoZone in the United States if purchased in the United States without a receipt if they purchased the items under their account with their phone number. Not to mention, many times the employees seem disconnected, rude, and unknowledgeable about vehicles or general vehicle repairs. Less than a handful seem to know about general DIY vehicle repairs. Those are the better ones. Finding one at an AutoZone is far and few between. Almost never do they greet the customer and stop what they are doing to assist, but rather make an effort to finish what they are doing while the customer stands there and waits to be acknowledged. Normally, I would not write a review like this, but it seems this has been an ongoing theme regarding AutoZone for the better part of a decade and why I try to avoid shopping at AutoZone at all costs if possible. All AutoZones in Loveland, CO. need more employee training in customer relations and care. The culture at AutoZone in Loveland, CO. needs to be addressed as well. As soon as you walk into an AutoZone in the Loveland, Fort Collins areas it's like you just rained on their day. They make you feel like you are a bother to them and that you're an idiot for even coming into the store. As mentioned, there is a handful that try and are better than others, but a good majority obviously don't care and don't want to be there let alone assist a customer with a vehicle maintenance issue they know nothing about. Walk into competing companies in the industry in those areas and the feel alone is noticeable. Greetings and offering assistance with smiles and genuine care and support. I can purchase an item from O'Reilly's auto parts store in Colorado and return it in any other state without a receipt if the purchase was made under my phone number. Why isn't it like that with AutoZone? Thank you for taking the time to read this review.

  I asked if they could charge a perfectly fine battery that just needed a jump and they told me it was bad, then I asked for a single spark plug for a honda and they gave me a ford part.
