I had a very disappointing experience with Autowash customer service on July 9.
I’ve been a loyal member for 6 years, but recently the service has gone downhill. I explained that two out of three automatic wash bays at the Thompson Valley location have been closed since June 22, and the last time I visited the Fort Collins Manhattan Ave. location, both automatic bays there were also closed and I had to drive over to another location. As a result, I’ve had to wait over an hour just to get my truck washed, and on multiple occasions I’ve had to leave without using the wash at all.
When I called customer service, I spoke with Hannah. Rather than showing any understanding or concern, she offered the equivalent of a $2 credit (1,500 points) for the inconvenience. I asked to speak with a manager, and the conversation became unpleasant. She told me I wouldn’t hear back until next week, became rude, and eventually hung up on me.
For what Autowash charges for a membership, this level of service and customer support is unacceptable. Long-term members deserve better. Unless something changes, I’ll be canceling my membership and taking my business to another car wash.

Here's a polished, professional version that keeps the frustration while making it more persuasive:
I've been a member here for several years, and I'm honestly disappointed with how much this place has gone downhill. There used to be an older gentleman who managed the location, and customer service was much better back then. I don't know if the business changed owners or management, but the difference is obvious.
I pay $50 per month for an unlimited membership, yet this isn't the first time the automatic wash bays have been out of service. This time, two of the three automatic bays have been down for six straight days. With only one bay operating and each wash taking around 12 minutes, the line becomes ridiculous. If you're seventh or eighth in line, you can easily be waiting well over an hour.
I contacted customer service expecting some sort of solution or at least a credit for paying full price while receiving limited service. Instead, I was told there was "nothing they could do" because of shipping delays for parts. While I understand that equipment breaks, that's not the customer's responsibility. Continuing to charge full price while providing only a fraction of the service is unacceptable.
Good customer service means standing behind your business and taking care of your customers when problems arise. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience. Unless management makes significant improvements, I'll be looking elsewhere for my car wash needs.

Don't bother with the vacuums!!
Doesn't take cash. After downloading the app & giving a bunch of info... You can only pay for $1 at a time & have to check out & rescan unit every single time!! What a waste of time!! No shade so don't want to be on the sun longer than needed! Will never use any Autowash again.

I had no clue, you could wash your dog at a car wash, im blown away! My Daughter moved here from Denver, her baby needed a bath, she said she'd given her baby a bath at a car wash! What? She searched dog wash near me, this place came up, so we went. Totally Awesome. Everything you need except a towel. Washed, Conditioned, they even have flea & tick treatment, and blow dryers! So Cool! Guess where my fur babies going this weekend?
The dog wash/ dryer was awesome, everything worked. The water was warm. These type of washes are the best. When you select shampoo, conditioner or flee wash, it comes out of the water sprayer so you single handedly apply with water. The soap and conditioner was available and working as well as the dryer.
