  We’ve kept our Autowash membership specifically because of the dog wash. Autowash has chosen not to put the Fort Collins dog wash locations back in service, so we drove all the way from Windsor to the Thompson Valley location in Loveland just to use the dog wash only to get here and find both dog wash units out of order. At this point, it’s getting ridiculous. We’re paying for a membership specifically to have access to these services, yet Autowash continues to have maintenance issues throughout Northern Colorado. If you’re going to take away the other dog wash locations, the least you can do is keep the remaining one operational. Driving from Windsor to Loveland just to find both units broken is extremely frustrating and makes us seriously question why we continue paying for a membership.

  Though the reviews were not great, this place is around the corner from my house so I thought I'd try it. Moved here two months ago (after driving from Tennessee) and hadn't had time to wash the car. It was ridiculously dirty. Bugs, ick, road dust, all of it. I got the mid-grade wash. For how dirty the car was, it did fairly well. But there are still bugs and some ick, and it didn't dry it well. Because it's brushless, the wash also took longer than I expected. I thought it was a bit pricey, but it's open 24h. Would I go again? Yes. It's not bad and it's convenient. Would I get a membership? Probably not.

  This car wash has a computerized system that constantly crashes leaving you stuck still paying until you call customer service to restart it. you then still have to pay for the time and they refuse to refund. i called 3 times and still can not get a refund for a 15+ min car wash. their systems are also full of advertisements and constantly run slow if they are not crashing making a car wash here take forever!

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! this company is pathetic. They are running a scam here. You pay 60 bucks a month. And everytime you use the car wash, you have to call customer service to have them “ send you another wash code” because the machines don’t work. The amenities that are included hardly work half the time. And I call them everyday. To have them let me use something I pay for on a monthly basis. Not to mention they want to charge you extra money just to add your wife on the account so she can wash the car as well. I have used this car wash for over a year, and I cannot tell you a time that I have gone there and not had to call them. I even called before I wrote this to speak to the manager about my concerns, I was not important enough to hear apparently. They told me he was too busy. So if you value the things you pay for like your car, subscription, your sanity then take your car to another subscription car wash because this company is not in the helping business, they are in the greedy money business. At this point. It would be smarter and more beneficial to wash your vehicle yourself than to waste your TIME AND ENERGY AND MONEY dealing with with these people. NONE OF THEM WANT TO HELP YOU. EVEN THE MANAGER!

  The self wash stalls are great if you are looking to wash your car yourself. The auto washes are brushless and does a good job cleaning your car. The downfall is at least one of the 3 stalls is closed for maintenance. The vacuums are not unlimited. You pay separate and they are on a timer. The app is helpful for paying for all of these services but not required.
