He explained everything about caring for the newly installed glass and ""asked for the order"...asked me to come back if I ever needed their services and to please refer others. Amazing employee. Polite and well spoken.

The local store says they can't handle it and will file with corporate. I have never once heard back from corporate. I will have to do a charge back on my credit card to recover the money they have effectively stolen from me at this point, since they refuse to honor my valid, and substantiated, claim. Do not recommend. Edit: As you can see below, the response is *again* "call an agent". Like I said in my review, I have. Twice. They tell me to contact the local store. SCAM.
