- JGJesse GlassmanJun 28, 20265.0Tesla. Almost impossible to deal with a 3rd party installer for a Tesla windshield. A guy at the satellite glass place on main in Longmont knew how to do it. Sounds dumb, but the installer has to calibrate the windshield directly with Tesla for FSD, etc. Of course the satellite store didn't give me his name, but the guy can replace your Tesla windshield in less than 2 hours. If you have a CT, then you have to go to Loveland. Give this dude a raise!

They made the scheduling, and the insurance clearance super easy for us. The day of the replacement the staff were friendly, professional and more than capable. I don’t see anyone and when I attempt to call the number it goes straight to a voicemail that wasn’t set up. I tried a few more times and waited an hour till I tried to call again. When I took a look at the work order, it had claimed that I did not answer the door (no one knocked at my door) and that no one had answered the phone. I had sat home all day to ensure I got this done only to be accused of cancelling my appointment without a reason.
