  We brought our RAV4 in to have the cracked windshield replaced, and tech Cody did an outstanding job from start to finish. He handled the repair quickly, professionally, and treated my car as if it were his own. He even went the extra mile by replacing the wipers and providing cleaning solution to keep the windshield in great shape after installation. His customer service, knowledge, and personable approach truly stood out. It’s people like Cody that make Safelite a fantastic company to work with!

  Confirmed my appointment by phone the morning of. Dropped the car off at open, promised by three. Couldn't reach anyone all day. The shop hung up on me mid-question. My wife finally got through and learned they never had the part and knew it at open. They kept my car all day and never called. Still driving on a cracked windshield, no reschedule date. Go somewhere that tells you the truth about their inventory.

  I'm going to turn this into two ratings, as we had two experiences. We had an appointment, on one day. I spoke to THREE different people, to make sure they had the correct windshield replacement. We planned an entire day around this appointment. We dropped off the vehicle, then got a call. They ordered the wrong part. I totally get, mistakes can be made, but they had on record, the correct part, as we had it replaced a year ago, almost to the day. Also, I spoke to THREE different people, who confirmed what was needed. So, on completely wasted day. The second appointment, a week later, was FLAWLESS. So, I averaged it out. To be fair, the people here are friendly, professional and competent, but I could not overlook the wasted day. To sum it up, I WILL go back here and WILL recommend them, but make sure they have the correct parts.

  Very knowledgeable and easy to work with they did a great job. I’ve used them several times over the years and they’ve always come through. Actually, one time there was a defect in a week after they installed that I had a crack. I brought it back, no problems. They investigated it and replaced it because you have a lifetime guarantee on any cracks that are not caused by rocks for other types of things.

  Paid $500 to get a windshield replaced. Before paying we were assured that if there are any errors or lights on the dashboard, we have a 30 day warranty to get them fixed. Get in the car to leave, and immediately there is an error. Go in to ask about it, and are told they don't know how to fix it. They would have noticed this as soon as they moved the car out of the bay to park it elsewhere, elected not to tell us about it when they told us that the car was ready, don't look into what they need to do it fix it, and tell us to go to a dealership instead. Absolute clown behavior. EDIT: Went back to Safelite. Talked to a new person. This person told us that they don't scan for the problem that our car is now flagging. The person we spoke to this time told us to go to Autozone or some other car parts store and have them see if they could figure out what the exact code problem was. We went to two places. They were unable to detect anything amiss because they don't have a scanner powerful enough to do so. We went back to Safelite. This time, we were helped by Cody. Cody did everything humanly possible to help us, and was unsuccessful. Cody is a real one and we appreciate him. He cared more than anyone else up until this point. At this rate, trying to figure out Safelite's screw up has cost us most of the day. We are now going to have to take our car to a dealership at an additional charge to diagnose the problem. Of course, the dealership is busy and we can't get an appointment for a week. Safelite tells us "if" they are accountable for the problem, they will pay for the fix.
