  I had a very disappointing experience with Grease Monkey #660 in Longmont. On June 26, 2026, I brought my 2019 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XLE here for a routine oil change while on a road trip. Before arriving in Longmont, I had already driven from Texas to Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming and then into Colorado without experiencing any issues with my vehicle. The problem occurred only after the oil change. During my drive home to Texas, I noticed that the oil service access panel underneath my vehicle had flipped open. I safely pulled over, pushed it back into place, and secured it with tape so I could continue driving. Later, I discovered that the loose access panel had damaged the adjacent engine splash shield. After returning to Texas, I took my vehicle to Toyota of Cedar Park for inspection. The Toyota technician documented on the repair order: “Found splash shield not connected properly.” Toyota replaced the engine splash shield, screws, and retainers. The repair cost me $481.89. When I contacted this Grease Monkey location, they immediately denied responsibility and claimed that I must have hit something during my trip. However, I did not knowingly strike any road debris or other objects, and Toyota’s repair documentation does not identify impact damage. Instead, it states that the splash shield was “not connected properly.” I also contacted Grease Monkey Corporate and requested an independent review of my claim, but I never received a response. What disappointed me most was not just the repair cost, but the lack of accountability and customer service. I was hoping they would objectively review the Toyota inspection and the evidence I provided, but that never happened. Before writing this review, I also checked this location’s Better Business Bureau profile. It currently has an F rating, with 76 complaints filed, 11 complaints that did not receive a response, and 5 complaints listed as unresolved. Unfortunately, my experience was consistent with those concerns. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.

  $250 for an oil change with mobile 1?? Absolutely insane. You can buy 5 quarts for $40, why is it so expensive? Update your pricing, stop gouging.

  Staff here is always kind and helpful. I never feel pressured into paying for additional maintenance that I can’t yet afford. Fast service!

  They were so kind and the gentleman who helped me was compassionate and throughly explained everything that was needing done and helped me prioritize the order of importance with them. Thank you guys for taking care of my car for me!!
