  We had a fabulous experience from start to finish purchasing our first Class B RV. Derick from sales provided supreme service with absolutely zero pressure, taking the time to let us view multiple models until we found the perfect fit. The handoff to Kevin for the paperwork was equally impressive—he made the process pleasant, thorough, and engaging. Finally, our training session with Dave was incredibly informative. He was highly knowledgeable, took the time to answer all of our questions, and gave us a comprehensive walkthrough of the vehicle. Dave also introduced us to the service and parts team, making us feel fully supported as new owners. When it comes time to upgrade in the future, this will definitely be our go-to dealership.

  We are beyond grateful for General RV! They were so good to us, which says a lot for a dealership. Usually people feel like they get ripped off when they buy from a national company, but I feel like we got a fantastic deal. Not only am I in love with our very first RV, but I loved all the people we worked with, from Skylar in sales, to Kevin in finance, Nick in rv insurance, to Scott for our walkthrough, and then Lilian for final repairs and delivery. They were all so good to us, answered our questions, didn’t rush us, and took really good care of us. I feel like they were honest and trustworthy. I’m also super grateful for the service center and warranty General RV is providing for us. It brings me a lot of relief as a person new to the RV world to have these services close to home. I highly highly recommend this family owned company and feel so blessed that we live close by. I’m in my Entegra Qwest right now and am loving it!! Thank you General RV. Thank you for all the amenities you provide, for all the great employees you hire and train, and for the deal you gave us. Our interest rate felt like as good of a deal as we’re gonna get given the current market. We are very grateful.

  In the span of three weeks, not even half of my RV’s issues were fixed. Communication was poor, there was a clear lack of follow-up on progress, and if I didn’t call, I wouldn’t hear anything at all. The most concerning part: while the brakes were supposedly repaired, they were never properly tested. I was told they were only driven in the parking lot. For a $4,000 charge, that level of service is unacceptable. You can and should do better.

  We cannot say enough about our team at General RV. Derick Holland was impressive in his knowledge about the Entegra Esteem, he was able to answer every question and show us how it all worked. And we could not have made it happen without Sean in finance. Thank you to all at General RV - we are very pleased and ready for new adventures!

  Gary, Ashton, Lillian, Jason, and the whole team at General RV was exceptional at meeting our needs for our very first camper purchase. We are so in love with our new chapter and can’t wait start making memories! I highly recommend this location. We went to several and this was the best experience by far.
