  Poor experience at this place. Salesman, said they had a unit in stock that was advertised on the internet. Drive an hour to the dealership but the unit wasnt there. Said, oh we sold that one a few days ago sorry. Then they quickly proceeded to try and sale me on a "new" camper for double the price of the 2 year old advertised unit. Why would I buy a new one if the value would drop in half in only two years ($15k dollar loss in two years lol?) or maybe they never had the advertised one to begin with and they were using a shady sales tactic to bait and switch people. Either way its a no.

  A service department are absolutely super, and they’ve really made a big effort to high out the crinkles of my new Keystone Springdale. The whole team are experienced and if they can help you, they will it’s always useful to write down the issues on a piece of paper to help them get the list of jobs itemized more quickly. Include any diagnostics ie, what causes the issue and when it arises improves your notes, and potentially speeds up getting any issues resolved. Jason Jones will help as much as possible with finance and warranty plans.

  I recently purchased a trailer from here. While the sales experience was low pressure and great, the trailer had a critical issue that led to even more issues on a recent trip. While I typically wouldn't blame the dealership for this issue, I believe the batteries are installed by the service department. The batteries for my camper were installed extremely poorly. The connections between batteries and the camper look like they were built by a toddler. Not only were the lugs not crimped correctly, they were only electrical taped off, and then not even tightened to the battery! This caused a mess of electrical gremlins on my trailer on my 2600mi road trip.

  We recently purchased a Dutchman Aspen Trail from General RV center. Hands down the best experience we had at any other RV store. Nathan was our first point of contact and did an excellent job of showing us plenty of options within our price range, he was very educated between all models. Kevin was the finance manager that walked us through the purchase. He was personable and informative. Scott was our walk through technician and he showed us the ins and outs of our new camper. Everyone inside the store was very kind, courteous, and helpful! I would recommend to stop looking anywhere else and give General RV Center a try. You will not be disappointed.

  This group of folks are the absolute best to deal with! We have more purchased our 2nd motorcoach from General RV and in the process two trade ins as well. They are honest, trustworthy, and awesome to do business with. It feels like you are dealing with family. Jason Jones in Financing was so helpful and even came to meet us at the campground the evening we arrived. There was a slight delay in our pick up, and he just wanted to see if we needed to go anywhere since we didn't tow our car for this trip. We also had the misfortune of getting a broken windshield the day before and he was helping us work that out so our year in could continue. When I say it feels like you are working with family, I really mean it and that was just a couple examples. I would recommend them to ANYONE! I'd tell my kids to go there, my parents to go there, my neighbors, and my best friend. I would know that they were in great hands! The entire staff work together so great work each other, and it really means something to them to make you happy! Mikey was our sales consultant and he went out to the lot and did a face time video with us so we could get a better feel for the RV opened and closed because we travel with our dogs and wanted to ensure they was ample room for them to get through from front to back, and have placed to lay down. We went over the storage inside and out and went over the features by showing them to us. These are things you cannot get off the brochures or listing. He knew it was important to us and he took his time to make sure it was exactly as we had hoped of it being. You just can't go wrong by choosing General RV. We've bought from the Fort Myers location in Flirida, and this time in Longmount, Colorado. This is the way they do business, they build relationships, so when you are ready for your next one, you know where you will be heading! If you are shopping around or on the fence about where to go, I hope this keeps you decide to give them a shot, we are so fortunate to have found them and won't ever do business with anyone else, ever. It is a huge decision and one you certainly don't want to regret!
