  I purchased a new RV from the Longmont Colo store and have had one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a dealership. The first was when we had them work on a noise from the engine compartment. They told me it was done and I went to pick it up they brought it to me and the dash was still not put back. The answer I got from them was " I can see how that happened" Next we had the wrong set of cushions in our dinette set and they promised to order the correct ones. After several months I called to see when we could get them and was told they just received them and were in the process of boxing them up to send to me. ten day later I called to see what was going on and got no answer. I called the corporate office and talked to Jennifer and she was very understanding and told me that someone would get with me by at least 72 hours. I did get a call from the Longmont office and they told me that the cleaning crew had thrown my cushions in the trash and they would reorder them, Wow and this is a place selling expensive RV's. I called the corporate offices again and was told that they will not make decisions for dealerships. When I asked the person on the phone if I could talk to someone else about this he told me no. I would welcome someone from this organization to call and help me but I don't think the care.

  Everybody at general RV was Wonderful, polite, and very knowledgeable. I think anyone who works with Auto or RV sales should spend some time at General RV to see how to treat customers like they really matter. I want to give a Big thank you to Oscar, who took the time to show me how to winterize and summarize my new travel trailer. He did not have to take this extra time, but he was more than happy to answer all of my questions and explain everything to me. Truly, everyone at General RV treated me like I really mattered. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Sue.

  This place is a fricken JOKE!!! I have to warn everyone DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this dealership! Summer has been ruined by them. Bought a brand new, yes brand new toy hauler a d the very first trip out everything wa falling apart. When you buy from them , they promise that they will take care of you ..bunch of bull! They have had the trailer for weeks upon weeks and now we're coming upon the last camping holiday and it still won't be done. I am so disappointed in this dealership and their service department. I we'll find every social media avenue.I can to let everyone know how awful this place is. GENERAL RV IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE... DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE

  Bought a brand new RV from them. I got home and I noticed that the exhaust pipe was not installed and was venting inside the camper. I took it back, waited 4 hours and they "fixed" it. I checked that it was connected when I left the dealer. 30 minutes of driving home and then exhaust pipe had again become disconnected. They had not diagnosed the reason why it had become disconnected in the first place and simply slapped it back together. The furnace was held in by a total of two screws into fiberboard at the front of the furnace leaving the exhaust end to flap around with any vibration....like driving for instance. I ended up taking out the furnace, building a custom mount and now I can drive more then a few minutes without the furnace leaking CO into the cabin. If I wasn't an experienced DIYer this easily could have killed me. Beware of crappy service.

  Really disappointed with service department have had toyhauler in for generator work under warranty only used once to be fixed repair was not repaired took it back to be fixed again been 2 weeks now and it still has not been repaired I spoke with the manufacturer of the generator they have a warranty claim on it waiting on general rv to call and get parts for it but 2 weeks have gone by and general rv has not yet contacted the manufacturer I am really tired of getting the run around and would like to use my toyhauler but instead it is in their shop waiting on warranty oks when I bought this thing they said oh yeah we will take care of you well it has been in the shop not getting worked on I sure hope things get fixed by September cause I have an outing to go to mat the service depot get better results in the future thank you for your time
