  Like the people, but the website is broken. Tried to check-in; after scrolling through options I don't need, submitting my c.c. etc., accepting 1000's of words of boiler plate, I am unable to accept local addenda. 10 minutes of my precious time wasted for nothing. Who cares? Nobody. Not even an AI apology. How 'bout you FIX your broken web site? They rented me a Mitsubishi Eclipse SUV and stated that "it gets 35 to 45 MPG." Not even close. Driving conservatively on I70 from Denver to Lawrence KS and back, it averaged 25 MPG. In addition, there are electronic defects in this new car that make it potentially dangerous: when you lock the car, the mirrors fold in. But during one of my numerous stops for gas, the mirrors folded in without my having locked the vehicle, which I subsequently discovered while driving at 75 MPH with compromised visibility. I had to stop on the shoulder, lock and unlock the car to resolve the error. Little wonder Mitsubishi dumped this lemon on a car rental agency.

  I spent far too much time dealing with this situation and got very little in return. The whole experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of my time. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

  Muy mala experiencia con el servicio al cliente. Hice una reservación y, aunque tenía una hora establecida, me hicieron esperar aproximadamente una hora. Después de todo ese tiempo, cancelaron mi reservación argumentando que no aceptaban tarjetas de débito, cuando en su página web claramente indican que las tarjetas de débito son una forma de pago aceptable. La atención fue muy poco profesional. El personal mostró poca educación y, sobre todo, muy poco interés en ayudar o buscar una solución. Es frustrante hacer una reservación, llegar a tiempo y cumplir con lo solicitado, para después recibir este tipo de trato. Definitivamente deberían mejorar tanto la comunicación de sus políticas como la atención y el respeto hacia sus clientes.

  Luis helped me so much and was so kind and helpful. There were a lot of people needing help and he was the only one working, but remained attentive and pleasant. I appreciate the support and ease of the rental process.

  Very disappointing experience I made a reservation a day in advance, and the company’s website clearly stated that they accept debit cards. I arrived at the rental location and waited nearly an hour, only to be turned away because I did not have a credit card. If a credit card is actually required, that should be clearly stated on the website and during the reservation process. It was extremely frustrating to make a reservation based on the information provided, wait nearly an hour, and then be told I could not rent the vehicle. The information on the website was misleading, and this experience completely wasted my time. I would not recommend this company unless they make their payment requirements much clearer.
