  I came all the way from Virginia and rented Jeep Wrangler Rubicon back in 7th of May at this location and didn’t regret. Luis and the other redhead guy were very nice and polite. Car was very clean and well maintained Customer service 10/10 Car 10/10 Next time in CO I will definitely pick this location of Enterprise again

  The Longmont, Colorado Enterprise people were outstanding and very patient. They worked with us to find a perfect vehicle suiting our age (70+) and temperament. I've rented from them before during our main vehicle repairs and they continued the great service. We will rent from them again, first choice, in the future.

  Disappointed in the pricing and service. I had to shoot a wedding in Breckenridge and showed up at 9am (when it opened) to find 6 people ahead of me waiting for their cars and there was one guy running the entire place. I waited a half hour to get the vehicle and it was ONLY because the other people knew I had to leave and let me go in front of them. The car I got didn’t have a port for my charging cord either so I had to also go to a gas station and buy one, which made me more late. The original price was quoted at $109 and they charged me all of these fees for only 12 hours of use and the final charge was $300 for HALF A DAY. I’ll never go there again. Very disappointed and frustrated.

  Luis, Jordan and Dylan have all been AWESOME. I had to rent for several months and they were all so helpful and knowledgeable. When there was some sort of billing error, Luis helped me even though it was technically past the closing time on a weekend and made sure we could get in touch with accounting. All 3 of them are fantastic, thanks for the great customer service.

  A couple of weeks ago, I rented a car from this Enterprise location, and I have to say , Max and Nolan absolutely went above and beyond from the moment I arrived to the moment I dropped the car off. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care made the entire experience effortless. This was for a personal trip that was over 2k miles. They made sure I had a comfortable vehicle with plenty of room for my daughters, granddaughter and I. I travel frequently for work and always try to use Enterprise, but these two set a new standard. I truly wish every company had employees like Max and Nolan. Their customer service, attention to detail, and willingness to help made me feel valued and taken care of the entire time. Five stars all the way. Enterprise is lucky to have them.
