I can't speak for the sales, service, or parts departments - but the retail store is horrible. Slow counter service, associates who can't be bothered with questions, and incredibly inefficient cashier ops. If you can go ANYwhere else for your purchase, I would recommend doing so - save you a poor experience and a ton of frustration.

Looks like we should have read reviews about this place before purchasing our coleman 13t. We have had so many of the same issues. First we asked for them to put on bubbles along with a few other things before we picked it up and the bubbles were not on the trailer. When we finally went to pick up which was 3 day after we were initially supposed to because of weather. It was not ready and still had to be cleaned. Our spare tire kit was not installed either having our spare just put in the trailer missing the bracket. We installed it ourselves after doing some research. Our first time out the heater did not work ( pretty sure it was the kid that sprayed the inside while cleaning it hit the fuse box). Also our outside propane hookup did not work with our grill. Got the heater fixed. We were told the propane worked but when we hooked up our grill in the parking lot it still didn't. Second time out the jack came apart. I was then called and told we still owed money because of the taxes this should have been apart of the loan. When we went in to get the jack fixed and to pay these "taxes" they really could not give me a viable answer as to why. Really all I got was sometimes this happens but not often 🤔. Then they wonder why we had an attitude about the situation. They do not answer the phone or reply to emails. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

If you are considering coming here for service...I would highly advise you to NOT (that is the short version). The long version... 1- Three days after trailer drop off they called and said they didn't have the right receiver to move the camper (we have an articulating hitch), and that we needed to bring it in. We drive an hour to drop it...and they clearly somehow had moved our trailer just fine. 2- After over a week, I get a call saying they need a key for the lugnuts for the bearing packing...we do not have that, and have never needed that before for servicing the bearings (again, after calling back and mentioning this, never hear back from them one way or another to confirm if they figured out they just needed to pop the hubcap off). 3- Then get a call with the quote, 1200$+ for a tail light repair, a new max fan, and a bearings packing. I am HAPPY to pay for service/ labor, but the issue was with the max fan. We urged (and asked 2 times for clarification) that we believe that the switchboard is out, and that was what was needing repair. They were saying a whole new fan was needed. However the person I spoke to was going to clarify this question for us, and SHOCKING, we never got a call back with an answer as to why they are wanting a whole new fan rather than just repairing the switchboard. The rep kind of BSed his way through an answer even though he kept saying he wasn't a tech. 4- After not getting a clear answer on the max fan, and committing to doing some of this work on our own, we waived the white flag and just said thanks but no thanks, we are coming to pick it up. 5- What do we come across when we go to pick it up, our "electronics" box that has our battery. solar hook up, amps, etc is OPEN and our battery is sitting in two inches of water. In to which we asked why this was and asked about the issue with that battery we were gaslight "oh I have no idea why that would be open, last I saw it it was closed" and then" oh that shouldn't be a problem with the battery" So, needless to say, every step along the way of our 9 plus days of dealing with their service department...I am glad we went and got our camper (small 5x9) teardrop, OH and in the diagnostic notes "Max fan functioning properly, switchboard needs replaced." Would not recommend coming here for service!

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! 💩 Our experience with this company has been highly unsatisfactory. Purchasing the camper was just the beginning of our issues, with the parts department and technicians providing conflicting information and dishonest service. A salesman attempted to sell us parts for his personal gain. The promise of being 'camp ready' was far from reality, and we've had to make additional purchases just to attempt a night of camping. Camping World has lost our trust and future business due to their poor EVERYTHING!

We purchased a new fifth wheel trailer from the Longmont store. The salesman said one thing and the delivery team another. Bottom line, we didn’t get what was agreed on. Then, we were prepared to pay cash, but finance told us that the sales price would go up if we didn’t finance it. They said they get a commission on loans and had applied that expectation to discounting our sales price. Then they spent an hour selling us on insurance and service packages.
