They completed the inspection of the front and rear checking all suspension and steering components as well as my brakes, calipers and tires. They were very thorough and were able to pinpoint areas that needed attention. The best part was their detailed explanation of their findings, with NO high pressure sales , just the facts. They presented options and recommendations in great detail to remedy my issue. This was the most outstanding customer service experience I have had in years! Having been a Customer Service Manager for several high tech companies in my career, I can spot good talent when I see it. These folks are the real deal. I highly recommend them for not just brake work, but for all front and rear suspension issues. You won’t regret it!
