- CCCeli3 days ago5.0I have been coming to this brakes plus location for about 6 years with our family’s multiple vehicles. Each time I have come here I have been impressed by their friendly customer service, willingness to help and troubleshoot issues, excellent workmanship, and importantly, fair pricing. I have never felt like they were out to squeeze the last dollar from me and always felt like they wanted to solve the problem and have an appropriate price attached. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

- NRNicholas RothOct 1, 20265.0I had a great experience with Brakes Plus! The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the brake service, answered my questions, and made sure everything was done right. The service was completed in a timely manner, and I left feeling confident that my vehicle was safe and in good working condition. I appreciate the honesty, quality workmanship, and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Brakes Plus to anyone needing brake service or automotive repairs!
- JJJSep 25, 20265.0Beyond happy with our experience. We are from out of state and found out our breaks were basically nonexistent the day before our family’s vacation ended. The price they quoted was on par with what it ended up being and the free inspection was definitely a plus. All of the staff were kind. They reassured it would be ready same day, and they delivered on that! This is especially relieving considering we have an older car with a lot of corrosion. Also the lobby and bathroom are clean which is always appreciated.
- NCNick CostaSep 23, 20265.0Went to Longmont Brakes Plus to swap cabin filter & the one I bought off Amazon said it was a direct replacement. Not! Joe helped me immediately & tried to replace the filter for me. He noticed the width was just a fraction of an inch off & put my old one back in for free! The service is why I keep returning - he could have charged me $49 for his time, but didn’t! He did a great job on my work van too and charged less than the dealer! I’ll be back again. Thanks Joe & thanks Brakes Plus!
