  This will be my store from now on!! Less shwab and Firestone complete auto care we’re trying to charge me 1500-1700$ for both brakes to be changed on my 2019 ford ecosport. I was recommended by my dad to come to this store, and he was smart to do so I called in advance to let them know I would be coming so it would give them a chance to order anything they might need so the wait would be shorter, they told me to come on in. They were very welcoming and quick to service. The main thing is they charged me total of 996$ for both front and back brakes, including the rotars and a free break inspection. They were also kind enough to give me a 50 discount just bc I told them I was on a budget so they were very helpful and understanding. JARED and his team are AMAZING. They also were kind enough to let me borrow a phone charger. I strongly recommend coming to this shop or any of them that are brakes plus- you really won’t regret it. Many places will try and rob you of your money and time, especially if you’re a woman- but you can tell these guys were very sincere and direct and didn’t sugar coat anything. Will be coming here to do my brakes and oil from now on

  Breaks Plus off of 4555 city Centre Rd is THE BEST. Jared was very attentive to my vehicle. Literally the fastest oil change ever and the customer service is top notch! Thank you Breaks Plus Firestone! I’ll be back :)

  I was driving north on I-25 and realized my vehicle’s alignment was off. The truck was pulling hard to the left. Without any appointment, I stopped by Brakes Plus and Dominic and his team got me right in, made all the necessary adjustments and had me back on the road in less than an hour. I was super impressed with the friendliness, professionalism and the willingness to help me get the issue resolved quickly so I could get back in the road. Thanks Brakes Plus!
