  The techs were extremely helpful! They assisted me on getting the right wiper blade and installed it for me, really helpful as I am too short to easily reach.

  Autozone has gone straight down hill in last few years and has some kids running it as managers that don't know the meaning of customer service or how to treat people probably never taught that by their parents one being the store manager names zeke he loves to talk back to customers and give them snobby attitude instead of doing the right thing by the customer and the other one being the newly appointed small disrespectful kid girl commercial manager that apparently loves to brag that she was just promoted to it so she thinks she can curse and talk to customers anyway she wants without consequence and I called corporate office on this store but wouldn't be surprised if they don't do anything since they hire these disrespectful kids to manager this store that doesn't know the meaning of customer service and taking care of thier customers and customers always right thats why I won't recommend or shop there to anyone and I know a lot of shops around Longmont personally that I will recommend not to buy from them and im sure they won't after I let them know they don't treat customers good and see how the new kids commercial manager likes loosing business from commercial because of her own attitude how she treats people common autozone do better stop hiring these disrespectful kids that don't know anything obviously their parents didn't teach them how to treat people

  This particular store is the absolute best!!! My husband and I were fixing my brakes , had to make numerous trips to this store for problems we incurred. Zeke,Jonathan and Manuel had the most amazing customer service!!!!! I want everyone to go to this store for their car needs!! Again SUPERIOR Customer service!!!!

  I went in and bought some brake pads for on of my trucks, the guy that sold me the pads thought he was the one that decided that I needed to buy a 2$ pack of grease. I didn't even realize that he did it until the next day when I replaced the pads and found the receipt in the box wrapped around the grease. Trust and transparency is how you build long standing customer relationships. Not by slipping in And charging me for something I didn't ask for and completely unaware of. I ended up not using it and throwing it away. I have my own grease and If he would of taken the time to ask me if i needed it i could of told him no. Just to be clear, it's not about the 2$ it's about the principle of the matter. Automotive repairs can be costly and stressful and we don't need your employees selling us things we didn't talk about, didn't want or need just to boost your sales bonus. I won't be shipping at this autozone ever again. I'll be sure to direct everyone i know to start far away from this particular store. Who knows what there gonna try and slip into your sale unnoticed. I'll be sure to spread the word that you guys get bonuses for pushing your "WHAT IT TAKES TO GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT" products. Bottom line, your employees don't decide what consumers buy. You need better employees.

  The gentleman working tonight until close (the younger one) was super friendly and helpful with my windshield wipers. He was knowledgeable and more efficient than the men in my family could be! He didn’t hesitate to help a girl out and risked the heat and his fingers (lol). Thankful to have great workers here at this location they’ve always been so helpful and kind.
