  If I could give a 0 I would. To pay $27 for an exterior wash and they WILL NOT dry any of your car off is insanity. I came out with all of my mirrors, windows, sides, etc. dripping. They said since I am “not a member” they would not dry it. HOW RIDICULOUS AND EXPENSIVE for a mediocre job.

  Don’t trust Waterway Carwash on Quebec! I was a first time visitor to this car wash and had a terrible experience. They pack the cars in extremely tight. As I went through the wash, the vehicle in front of me was having issues on the track, which also caused me to have issues on the track and my car rear ended hers. The manager on duty said that he thought they may not have the vehicle in front of me latched down properly on the track, or she didn’t roll out fast enough after the cleaning. I asked him to put a report together and send it to me. Of course, the verbal comments that he made to me were not even mentioned in the written report. So, I contacted his general manager to get clarity and see how we could resolve the damage to my car. The general manager told me that he reviewed video footage and that the damage to my car was there prior to entering the car wash. I asked for photos of proof. The general manager said they would not release photos to me because that was not allowed per their guidelines. The only way that photos would be released would be directly to an insurance claim representative. I find it ridiculous that they won’t release information directly to their customer. Of course it would be expensive to open a claim for the amount of damage, as well as the impact a claim would have on a potential rate increase. So, I just had to suck up and cover the expense of getting my car corrected myself. I feel extremely dissatisfied with their lack of integrity. It raises concerns about the minimal standards that Waterway Carwash maintains. What troubled me most was their lack of transparency and support. Beware!

  I have had a membership here for a while, but just canceled it. As much as you pay, you shouldn't have to go through and vacuum or use a rag on items missed.

  I just paid $68 for a ‘just ok’ wash of my SUV. After being nickel and dimed for - wash your mats, oh that’s extra, vacuum the trunk, oh that’s extra, etc. Call me silly, but for that price spotless would be nice, especially when multiple people worked on it. Honestly I’d rather wash it myself and won’t be going back here.
