  Fast, friendly service for a great price. What more could you ask for? How about Josh (the manager) using some GooGone and scraper to get old sticker gunk off the INSIDE of my windshield. I call that "going above and beyond!"

  Everything is good about this car wash. It's like every other great car wash, nothing unusual to say except a giant thank you to Andrew who cleaned the inside of my windshield with more strength and longer arms than I have. Made a big difference for vision and he was totally willing, polite, and took his time to make a huge difference for me. Way above and beyond normal service. Thank you, Andrew!! I truly appreciate you.

  We went the Belleview location and had a great experience. Two of the vacuums did not have great suction, and the manager, Alexis, came out and unclogged them - then proceeded to make sure every vacuum down the line was working properly for the customers. You could tell she took pride in maintaining and running a smooth operation.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience and even worse claim handling. At the Santa Fe Drive location: Before entering the wash, I specifically told the attendant that my Jeep had a roof rack and fly-rod carrier. He assured me that he activated the roof-rack setting designed to keep the overhead wash arm raised and directed me to proceed. The arm still came down, grabbed the carrier, lifted it off the roof, and caused the vehicle to jolt. I personally watched it happen through the windshield. The attendant acknowledged that the arm did not stay raised as intended. He then tried the setting again, and the equipment started coming down a second time, forcing them to stop the wash again. My roof-rack system and carrier were damaged, and one of the four rubber stoppers from the wind guard is still missing. I provided photographs, video, the control-screen evidence, and a detailed incident report. Instead of addressing the equipment failure or their employee’s statements, Whistle Express denied the claim simply because the damaged equipment was “aftermarket.” They did not meaningfully address why the arm came down after their employee activated the roof-rack control and told me it was safe to proceed. I had used this same wash multiple times with the same rack and never had an issue until this equipment failure. Their response has been dismissive, incomplete, and extremely disappointing. I would not trust this location with any vehicle that has a roof rack or rooftop accessory, and I would not expect fair treatment if their equipment causes damage.
