  Josh was incredibly helpful in getting my account set up and fixing everything I needed. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. I really appreciated how he took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure everything was working perfectly before I left. The memberships are also surprisingly affordable and such a great value for everything that’s included. It’s convenient, reasonably priced, and the customer service made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

  This car wash is really great! I LOVE their vacuums and the fact that they provide drying cloths as well as spray cleaners is very cool! Also, the car mat cleaning machine is really awesome! The customer service i received from Lex was ON POINT!! After greeting me with a friendly smile, she explained all the different washes as well as the promotions, and I feel really good about my decision on what I purchased... It's hard to find amazing employees these days so i really appreciate the way I was treated by Lex!

  I have been a member of this car wash through 3 different ownerships. It is convenient and I was pleased from the beginning and had concern with each change. This is the best it has been. Prices are lower, the detailing center is well maintained, and my wheels get cleaned better than before. Alexis and Jae are super friendly and helpful with explaining savings and details of the business. You will look forward to coming here and keeping your ride looking good.

  I have been a member here for well over a year, and after my experience on 6/20/26, I will not be returning to this location. When I arrived, there was a vehicle in the members’ lane that appeared to be a non-member, which was holding up the line. I understand things happen and expected it would only take a moment to resolve. However, I waited for over two minutes while the employee working the entrance completely ignored me and continued having a personal conversation with the customer ahead of me. Eventually, I had to back out and move to another lane because the situation was not being addressed. When I rolled down my window and politely suggested that the conversation could be continued elsewhere so the line could move, the employee responded in a very rude and dismissive tone, telling me someone would come help me shortly. During this time, more than eight cars lined up behind the members’ lane because the employee chose to continue the conversation instead of helping customers. After I finally got through the entrance and began cleaning my vehicle, I noticed the same employee went over to the detailing area and continued the conversation with the same person for another 30+ minutes. I spent about an hour detailing my car, and during that entire time I observed very little effort from this employee toward assisting customers or performing her job duties. After the conversation ended, she then left the property and stood outside on the sidewalk talking on her phone. This was extremely disappointing, especially as a long-time member. I would strongly encourage management to review what happened and determine whether this level of customer service and work performance meets their expectations. To add to the frustration, the microfiber towels available were also noticeably dirty and smelled like mildew, which is unacceptable for a car wash service. I hope management addresses these issues because this location clearly needs improvement. I have included a photo of the employee for your convenience.
